Our old blinds (from a different company) were falling apart and had suffered over the years. Andy came to measure up and give us a quote. We were expecting to have to pay for completely new blinds but Andy was able to give us a lower quote keeping the existing fixtures. The quote was very reasonable and everything arrived and was installed quickly. I was also impressed with the level of communication.

We were kept informed along the way of when the blinds were expected to be delivered and arranged a fitting date.

excellent service, they came and measured e-mailed a price (so no pressure) good price kept us informed a timeline, told us they were on the way ( the blinds to them) rang to say they had got them fitted the same day.

Andy responded quickly to our job and came to see us shortly after our request. He ordered the rail promptly and fitted it a short time later. He obviously knows his trade inside out and successfully replaced our defective rail quickly since when it has operated correctly. Very capable man and a pleasure to deal with. JT
