From first contact to fitting I’ve felt confident in the team, they were responsive and kept me updated all the way through. Andy listened to what I wanted during the initial meeting and why certain things mattered - he offered advice rather than a sales pitch. Judith was a pleasure to deal with and always very helpful.
Price was better than I expected (motorised ‘smart’ roller blind for French doors).
The blind was fitted quickly and on a mutually agreed date. It came faster than I expected in fact.

Looks great, some niggles with the hub and it losing connection (but that’s typical of a lot of home automation) and I’ve now set up some routine automations I’m hoping will work without intervention.
