Lack of communication
Ordered clothing last year for other half for a Christmas present after first time got a response saying they oversold and got a gift card. Ordered again this year about 2 weeks ago and no update on the process of my order and what's going on with it only an email to confirm that I've paid for it and an email asking me to review it when the items haven't even arrived yet.

Worth the wait
I previously gave my order a one star review due to lack of communication, 14 day delivery etc. However, I have decided to change it to four stars after finally receiving my parcel. The quality is fantastic. The angelle team were also incredibly apologetic.
