DHL delivery was a pain
Product fine but DHL delivery was a pain. Took 3 delivery attempts to get it. Wouldn't leave with neighbour and no weekend deliveries so had to take a day off work to be home for delivery. Cost me half what the item cost in lost wages.
Before customers place their order let them know which delivery service will be used or ideally let them choose a service that works for them.

I understand it is our choice to use DHL although I do wish we weren't reviewed on their service because these carriers are 99% of any negative reviews we receive. We have tried others but the odd parcel is always a problem.

Fast and efficient
After searching the web for a replacement seal kit that was available in less than a couple of weeks i was please to discover Anglian Pumping not only had the kit at a lower price than the main distributor but claimed to be able to ship in 24 hours. I was not convinced that we would get the parts in one working day but decided to give them a try. I apologise for my cynicism; the parts arrived the next working day, exactly as promised, and the communication from Anglian and their freight agent was exemplary. Thank you.
