Cushion arrived in good time. It is bright and cheerful and a good size. The insert slightly let it down which I found a bit flat.

No reply to emails!
I ordered a gallery wrapped canvas print yesterday & straight away I realised I had not ordered a frame for it I emailed customer service twice yesterday & again today with no response I have recieved notification that the wrong order is on its way I will have to go through all the expense & hassle of returning it …. If only there customer service answered emails it could have been avoided!!

Our team replied to your email the next day, but as we're based in Australia, the time difference can sometimes cause a bit of a delay. We totally understand how frustrating that can feel when you're trying to fix something quickly. Our production process is automated and really fast, which means as soon as an order’s placed, things move really quickly behind the scenes. That said, we're really glad everything worked out well in the end.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding—we hope your new artwork is exactly what you were after and brings a big smile when it arrives!

A very well produced canvas print. Our only issue was with the inability to use Paypal to pay for the art work dye to issues that our bank has with the company. However, there was no problem with a debit card purchase.

I was not impressed with the quality of…
I was not impressed with the quality of the art work. The prints are posters not fine art prints. The returns policy on the website is misleading- you can return items and if you ask they'll provide you with a label, but you'll have to ask. Don't use the dimensions from the sender's label. The customer service was good except not offering to provide a label for the return until you ask.

Our art prints are produced to order using 250gsm satin lustre art paper. They’re not posters, these are high-quality reproductions designed to showcase the vibrancy and detail of Anna’s original works, and to last a lifetime. However, we completely understand that expectations around print finishes can vary, and we always want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we really do appreciate your honesty.
Regarding the returns process, our policy does note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. That said, we’re always happy to help where we can! In your case, we offered to provide a return label when you mentioned you were having issues with your FedEx account, but once that was sorted, you opted to return the item using your own shipping, which worked out just fine.
Once again, thank you for your feedback, we’re always looking for ways to improve clarity and make things as easy as possible for our customers.

I’m sorry again for the confusion around the delivery. The order itself was correct, but because it included multiple larger artworks, they were shipped in separate packages. Unfortunately, only part of the order arrived initially, which understandably made it seem like something had gone wrong.
We completely get how frustrating that delay must’ve felt, and I really appreciate your patience while we tracked everything down and ensured the remaining pieces got to you.

Great design, let down by poor cushion insert and faux linen...
I was captured by the original design. However, for I price I paid, I expected a more luxurious insert, I understood the fabric was faux linen.. so it cheapens the designer feel and exclusivity of something that I anticipated would be more comfortable..the cushion insert isn't very plump

I am delighted with my framed canvas. The colours are vibrant and bold, and I love it.
Friends and family have been admiring it too, and it is just what I was looking for.
I did have to contact customer services as there was a mix up with my purchase, and they were fantastic. Within a few days the correct one arrived.
I am a very happy customer.
