I had six sessions with Parvata Vartni in Newbury recently, for a torn ankle ligament and related pain and swelling. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with confidence, and showed a genuine caring manner. My treatment was painful, but we shared many laughs, and her lovely infectious smile helped me through! I was given exercises to do at home, as my treatment is ongoing. Debashish was great. When I went in there, I couldn't walk. My lower back muscles had seized up and I was in a lot of pain. He found the problem straight away and after a couple of sessions I was walking. We are now in the final few sessions to make sure it doesn't come back.

I felt very well cared for by Sameera Puvvala from initial assessment through my series of treatments. The app with daily exercises is helpful and clear to follow. I am so pleased that sought help -after 4 sessions I have full range back and a set of exercises to continue to strengthen my shoulder and arm muscles:)
