Excellent customer service and effectively a seamless extension to our business. We are very fortunate that we had an existing partnership with AnswerConnect UK prior to the current Covid operating restrictions which meant that we had the building blocks already in place for seamless operation whether staff were working from home or in the office. Any queries are investigated immediately and the text/email service is perfect for our business maintaining a time and date stamped audit trail for all customer contacts. Engaging and attentive, excellent customer service..

Andy and his team were always on hand to resolve issues and make changes to our arrangement. They even call to tell you when you are not using the service enough for the plan you are on and encourage you to go down to a cheaper option. Roll over minutes are a thing too. Good valu, great service if and when you need such a thing.
