Engineer was very professional, completed the boiler service even in a heatwave what a legend !

An engineer called Hassan came to service my boiler today . I am 85 and have had a few services but l have never had anyone as efficient as Hassan. He was friendly, polite and an extremely nice person. He went above and beyond to make sure l was completely happy and took pleasure in having the patience to explain everything. I look forward to seeing him again next year and l would highly recommend Any Gas . Many thanks, Brenda Barton .

I was very happy with the service offered. Raj did a wonderful job. He was very friendly and reminded me about getting a stamp in my record worcester warranty book to keep as a record too which I appreciated a lot. I received my boiler service record in an email immediately. Great service!

The engineer rang 10min before he was coming. He was on time and after he finished he explained what he had done and everything he checked was safe and we working and all work done will be in the email as no paper copies used.

Excellent service, knowledgable, punctual, friendly engineer carried out the service. Kept everything clean and tidy and informed me on the work carried out. Service book stamped for another year. Highly delighted.

Hussan was fantastic, he rang 30 minutes before arriving and was very professional when entering the property.

Very chatty and keep us upto date with everything he was doing.

Our pressure was low so he explained this and then topped it up, some engineers wouldn’t have mentioned this so thank you Hussan!
