Sahas Arora came to carry out our boiler service and provided an excellent experience. He arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The service was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was working safely before leaving. Very polite and tidy throughout the visit. I would highly recommend Sahas for boiler servicing.

Excellent service…
Excellent service of our boiler from Bal the engineer. Gives a time slot which is narrower than just am or pm so we know when to expect him. Works cleanly and efficiently. Easy booking system online too. Highly recommend.

Disrepectful Cold Calling!
Disrepectful cold calling with out any information about the person they are calling, not even knowing the name of the person the are calling.
Just a "Hi this is Any Gas Service, just wondering if you might need a boiler service".
After imediately hanging up on the annoying SPAM cold call I checked their site, and even though they seem to be a legit company, they clearly have no quality control process regarding their leads, as I do not live anywhere near their service areas!
Poor show, a clear lack of respect for the people they are cold calling and an obvious lack of understanding of GDPR Article 6 and how legitimate interest actually works in respect of cold calling.
I am in two minds whether I should report you to the ICO.

We would like to clarify that we do not carry out cold calling. We only contact existing customers for whom we have previously carried out work, and only to provide a courtesy reminder that their boiler service may be due. These reminder calls are made solely where the customer has opted in to receive call-backs or service reminders within our system.
We do not purchase third-party lead lists, nor do we contact individuals outside of our service areas. If a call has been received in error, this would be highly unusual and not representative of our procedures. We apologise if this has caused any frustration.
We are fully aware of our obligations under GDPR, including Article 6, and we review our data handling and communication practices regularly to ensure compliance and respect for individuals’ preferences.
If you believe you were contacted incorrectly, we would welcome the opportunity to investigate and resolve this directly. Please feel free to contact us at customerservice@anygasservice.co.uk so we can look into the matter and ensure your details are removed if necessary.
Booked a service on Friday 6th November…
Booked a service on Friday 6th November for after 1pm .got a text Thursday saying your appointment is for 8am to 10am .so I text back saying I have booked a pm slot has I am working till 12.got a reply back saying I will have to reschedule has I have an hospital appointment. So appointment reschedule for Friday 5th December .surprise surprise Thursday the 4th December get a text message your service will be tomorrow between 10am and 12. Again i reply will not be in at working till 12. Get a reply will have to be reschedule have a hospital appointment again total joke .I think being letdown twice there will not be a 3rd time

Your booking was for a service visit, and while we always endeavour to meet the preferred timeslot, these slots are used as guides rather than guaranteed appointment times. This is because service routes can be affected by a number of factors, including staff availability, job duration, and unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate that this can be inconvenient, especially when you have limited availability.

Hi Claire,
Thank you for raising this. After reviewing your booking, we can confirm that the issues you’ve mentioned were identified during the service and clearly explained to you at the time. A full quotation was provided to repair the faults, but this was declined, which meant our engineer was unable to carry out the necessary work.
It has now been almost seven weeks since our visit, and this is the first time we are being informed of any further problems. Had this been reported at the time of visit or shortly after, we could have addressed it immediately.
A quotation for the leak repairs was sent to you but was never accepted, and therefore no follow-on work was authorised.
If you would like us to attend again, please contact our customer service team so we can arrange this appropriately.
