I was sent a reminder about my service, the booking process was quick and easy with plenty of available dates and time slots to suit. Engineer was the same as last year which is nice, he was tidy and professional throughout, he explained everything he did. Great service recieved.

Non nonsense service. Quick in quick out service. Boiler only 4 years old though.

He was arrived before the scheduled time but he informed me beforehand. He was a great person that you can have a good conversation with. He was done within half an hour. Couldn’t fault him.

We were given a time slot between 1 and 3 and Bal Basi arrived at 1.30.
As on previous visits, he was polite, professional, and respectful.
He explained what he needed to do and carried out the work with no fuss.
He talked us through how to operate the new hob.
He seems very kind and took time to talk to my dad.

Knowledgeable, very able, fixed our boiler problem directly.

Why use another company as twice the price of Anygas for the same service.

Very honest, quick and transparent service. So easy to book online, although this year I got a reminder call and even a £5 discount if I made the booking over the phone. The price is super competitive. You also get a reminder about the appointment the day before with a 2-hour slot. The guy who did the service explained exactly what he was doing and even gave me some advice about the maintenance. Couldn’t ask for anything else really.

Great service from AnyGas today. Would definitely recommend. The engineer, Bal, was punctual, polite and got the job done no problem. It's the second time I've used AnyGas and both experiences were positive.

Decent service however the management have also been in touch and offered very good customer service which was above and beyond what was needed. Looking forward to using them again

Love this company I work in the call center field of an other service provider but al way use these guys even tho I get I discount with work, with my boiler I choose service over cost altho they are also the lowest on the market love how the text you a month befor to remind you ,the guys that come are amazing ,live on my own so like a company I can trust I can not give enough thank to these guys thank you
