Brought a scooter had a problem with…
Brought a scooter had a problem with battery new parts was sent out but they was the wrong ones so had to send it off to be repaired , a week later the same thing happened so sent it off again this time for a refund, 20 days later all my emails are being ignored and no scooter or refund !!

Do not buy! A really awful company. My sons scooter broke and they asked me to return it for a replacement scooter. I paid for the postage and have not heard another thing from this company. They ignore all emails and basically rob you - avoid.
Awful company
Awful company - bought scooter as a Christmas Gift for my son - the scooter never charged up , loads of emails -replaced the battery, and the charging port - still didn't work. "FIGO" unhelpful and very poor customer service - still no resolve - they are now ignoring my emails. they asked me to send the scooter to an address in UK - at my cost - which I refused unless they sent me a returns slip/refund. Still nothing - so my poor son has had no Christmas gift . Don't touch this company and wished I had looked at these reviews prior to my purchase. Worse experience ever and I cant afford to buy a new one for my son who is 13 . Terrible terrible company
Waste of money
Waste of money. Avoid!!! Scooter frame broke in few weeks time. Under the warranty they sent me a refurbished replacement which broke again. It is nightmare to deal with customer services. I was asked to send the broken scooter back, they confirmed reset and never heard back from them. I will be reporting the business to consumer rights.
Avoid at all costs
Second scooter had from aovo and snapped in EXACTLY same place. Been messaging since may and had no response. I have a very upset son and wasted alot of money. Wouldnt recommend this company in the slightest happily take money but customer service is dog poop
Poor and avoid
My daughter scooter has snapped on the bottom of the handle bars. Have emailed and they said sent it to us and we will send out a refurbished one once they receive this one. I have asked them to arrange the collection of the scooter which now do not respond to my request and are ignoring me. Poor customer service and poor quality scooter to do this aster 6 months use for a kid who is light weight. Poor communication and I would avoid using any of these Chinese company’s as they just take your money and even tho offering 2 years warranty when a issue am happens they want to give you a refurbished one and not replacing it with a new one even tho it’s within the warranty they offer.
Avoid at all costs!
Son had new scooter 9 days when front wheel motor faulted. Sent all videos and after 50 emails with ‘Figo’ who I see is mentioned quite a lot on here. Decided on 50 refund and new motor wheel to be sent out. The 50 refund was for a scooter repair shop to fit the wheel. Was told 5-10 days. Where now onto day 20 and the wheel is still not here. Apparently they now out of stock in the warehouse. It’s a con, and I’m going through trading standards and bank for full refund. Just avoid at all costs. It’s too much stress.
Don’t buy
It broke after 4 months and snapped, i’ve been trying to email the company for weeks and they take many days to respond and keep asking me to send it back in the box when i don’t see why they need the broken one back when it doesn’t work and why would i keep the box. i didn’t expect it to break so quick so i chucked the box away and now im being ignored and £220 down. terrible customer service.
Undoubtedly the worst and cheapest…
Undoubtedly the worst and cheapest scooter you can buy. Came with a snapped bell and missing bolts so I did have a quick delivery of spares which I could not personally replace . The battery depletes extremely quickly and finally the handle bars no longer control the wheel. I have had it for 9 months and it is completely untask worthy as a scooter.
Numerous emails and no responses. Big mistake buying from this company as you only speak to advisors in Hong Kong during hong kong hours.

Number of emails sent to warranty team and no response. Highly recommend to avoid.
dodgy product, aweful customer service.
sold me more expensive tyre promising quality and it is broken (tubeless beads not straight, professionals cannot make it fit). refund with product returned in perfect condition, no offer to pay postage, no outward postage refund. but refused as it wasn't good condition on receipt. in this industry if you don't know the seller use amazon or somewhere offering good dispute resolution. lots of dodgy sellers around.

Great quality scooter for the price, lots of fun would recommend. The staff were very helpful aswel.
Silly company
Silly company, very poor coms. Took my money and it took nearly a month to get my money back. Scooter never arrived and went all over the country as it was flagged up as restricted or something.. just avoid this company, absolute JOKE.
Aovo pro es80
Purchased on 6th October arrived at 8th October.
It's a very good electric scooter. It has 3 different modes: eco (8mph), normal(11 mph) and sport (19 mph) it also has cruise control to activate it you have to hold the throttle for 5 seconds. On the aovo pro app it tells you the temperature of the controller, how many miles you have ridden the scooter for (on a charge or total milage),you can lock the scooter too and many more things. The breaks are very good (when you break the break light flashes), its front wheel drive too and has a very bright light (front light and back light)

Scooter won't charge, emailed them twice, no response, only automated response email to say they received my email!! So I opened a dispute with my bank and then surprise surprise AOVO emailed me the next day saying I wouldn't get my money back!!! Very unprofessional emails from a guy called Figo, I provided video evidence of Scooter not charging, and got a reply saying send scooter back to this person at an address in Havant England and its a totally different company. Dispute still ongoing. One very unhappy son, as it was his birthday present. Customer service is shocking. I FEEL SCAMMED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

J'ai acheté une trottinette qui n'a même pas fonctionne 6 mois. Elle est en panne sous garantie le sav m'indique être en rupture de stock de batterie !!! J'attends depuis février l'envoie de cette soit disant batterie que je dois changer moi même!!! Le matériel n'est pas fiable et le sav est encore pire. Compte tenu que ma trottinette est toujours sous garantie à un moment de la panne j'appelle cela du vol tout simplement. Je déconseillé Aovopro fortement à tous les niveaux. Maintenant il me répond un mail automatique sans jamais vraiment me répondre. Il évite tout contact c'est tellement plus facile que d'assumer un matériel défectueux et une relation client lamentable !!! À fuir !!!

Au bout de 7 mois la Trottinette ne s'allume plus. J'ai contacté le service client qui m'a sans diagnostic proposé d'acheter une nouvelle batterie chez eux avec in liens paypal. En fait c'est une copie de xaomi avec une batterie à 2 balles. Le sav ne me répond plus.

My scooter needed a new battery to start with and they took ages to send me a new battery out it was trying to get blood out of a rock. Then I finally received it was working for a few months then it broke on me again! Was back and forth with them again finally got sent off to get repaired and they tried to send it back didn't tell me when it was getting sent back until that day but unfortunately I was at work and my partner was at work so I booked a redelivery never turned up 😡 so rang the company what said they was redeliverying it they said they send it back to aovopro and of course they said they didn't receive it and alot of back and forth again and they said they'll send me a refurbished one and they haven't and this is been going on since January 2024! And now they've stopped replying! DONT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY
