Apex Solutions

Very professional staff members, easy communication - always prompt and clear response, great standard of work and good work ethic.
Would most definitely recommend.

I had to call Apex out as my drain was blocked so I called Apex out it was out of hours so they charged an emergency call out plus labour which was charged by half hour but they ripped me off by charging extra money for specialist equipment which was a bit that went on the end of the hose which had been used several times at other jobs .
Yet they had the cheek to charge each customer for this. Total bill was £990
Rip off they said they could come back another day but we were going away and I did not want the dirty washing that I had to take out the machine left also the reason for call out was to get the drain sorted .
How ever my Daughter sorted them out
And told them about the hose and was told that this guy would have to ask his boss . Which was supposed to be The director who said he would drop the price to £700 . But when I came to do a bank transfer to the director .it appears that the bank details and address is exactly the same as the guy who came out and done the drain .
So be aware of this company Buy your own drain stuff as they will ripp you off saying it is special stuff when it is stuff you could buy from Tesco for a few pound not £465 .00
£222.00 for the bit that went on the end of the hose £272 labour
And£150 call out fee
So just check prices and you are not paying for a bit that goes on the end of hose pipe which they call special equipment
I have paid them in full . But I asked for a receipt but they have not had the decency to send one .
Also they expect payment straight away
When other companies give you a few days not just send text showing the cost .we had to ask for a break down of cost si double check before using them .

.

Brilliant product and reasonably priced if you’re serious about lawn craft! No amount of scarifying and aeration will fix your lawn as it’s the substructure that needs treating. We’re on clay and have constant flooding this treatment really works quickly and gets better over time as the worms do their bit and the biochar creates a loam absorbable substructure. Really very clever. Great lads that came- fairly quick to do not much noise or disruption. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful job and excellent service would highly recommend and would use again if needed to
