The transaction regarding the 11 inch titanium pan was very simple, swift and efficient.

Unfortunately this seems to be the only way to try and get a response . I have emailed the customer service and despite it says will respond in 4 hours I’m waiting over two weeks now and still none .

The pan arrived but was missing a part for the handle so haven’t been able to use the pan at all.

I just need someone to actually respond to emails - it’s really not hard

While the pan looks beautiful, mine does not have a perfectly flat base and so does not sit properly on the induction hob ( a perfectly flat glass surface). My experience with their customer service so far has been very poor.
I’ve provided video of the pan wobbling on the hob and uploaded via various means. When I do get an answer they claim not to have received the video attachment and now they’re not responding at all. I suspect the warranty isn’t worth a damn.
On this basis I would recommend AVOID this company

First impressions were very positive looks amazing

To be honest, I was not even thinking about changing the pan but my brother was asking me to get this new titanium pan. So tried it. And I regret not getting this sooner because the cooking experience on my pan has totally changed.

I placed an order for a pan with lid back on 9th July and it's literally just arrived today on 23rd July. In a mean time whilst I was waiting there wasn't update info much regarding the delivery. Admittedly I was a little worry coupled with what I've read from previous feedback that it might be coming from outside of UK hence the long delay delivery. Finally it's arrived and despite its smaller package than I expected. It did required some basic assemble which didn't bother me as all parts were supplied with a little tool. All in all, I'm very pleased with the quality of the pan and lid I received. Lucky I wasn't in a hurry to use the pan after placing an order, another word glad I can wait. I can imagine for those who might be in need of the pan sooner might feel upset for a long wait.

I have just ordered my first Titanium frying pan and ordering on their website was easy and quick.

Non stick with perfection. This will be my ideal birthday gift for everyone in my family. I love it. I will be using it in my reels as well. Thank you🙏❤️

I've been using the 11 inch titanium pan for 3 weeks now, and I'm very impressed. It heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, so food cooks perfectly without hot spots. I am so happy and relieved that I can cook with non toxic cookware for my children.
The pan is lightweight, so perfect to flip pancakes and it is easy to wash too!

Overall, this is an excellent-quality pan that offers great performance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable everyday cooking pan.

Amazing product! The quality is really nice and also the way of making my dinner it’s just so much more fun and that without any bad chemicals. If you are still thinking, don’t think to long!! Really try it yourself

What an awful company to deal with.
I'm in the UK and there is no indication when on their site ordering a frying pan that it is not coming from an address in the UK. But the reality is that this is coming from Japan, and not only racking up all those carbon miles, but they keep sending out BS emails stalling, due to the fact that they're hiding how long it will take.
2 weeks in and no sign of it, and they are still stalling with more BS emails.
If they had been honest and upfront on their website I could have made an informed decision as to whether to buy or not knowing the carbon miles.

UPDATE; this thing has finally arrived but I'm still less than pleased with the lack of transparency at the time of ordering.
