Terrible company. Never received my order. Customer support is awful. Scam

For the love of God, listen to this and the other reviews and spend your money with any other company that makes gym apparel. I'd give this brand zero stars if it were possible on this platform. My experience has been consistent with all of the other negative reviews on here.

I placed my order with Apex on 03/17/24 for four pairs of their Apex Lite 3.0 training shorts, being a fan of the design of the shorts and the price point, not knowing about the negative experiences everyone has been having. One week later on 03/24/24, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However when I would open up the shipping link to USPS, it would state that the package hadn't been received by USPS. I thought this was strange, but left it alone thinking that this may have been a delay in shipment processing. However, after a month (04/24/2024) and still no package and no updates, I emailed their customer service inquiring about the status of my order and received the following response:

"Hi Michael,

Good to hear from you. We apologize if you haven't received the product you ordered with us yet.

Please know that we have already processed your order.

Here is your tracking number: *REDACTED BY ME*

I know that the updates with the tracking number might be worrisome but I assure you that your package is not lost and it is on its way to you.

Tracking information will update once it has reached the next sequential checkpoint. Once USPS receives and scans the package, we will be able to see better updates with the shipment then know the estimated arrival date.

Thank you for your patience in this matter."

So if I'm understanding this correctly, I'm to trust a company that, at the time of ordering, falsely advertised 5-7 day shipping on their website, that my package has been shipped and has taken two months in transit, has yet to be received by USPS, and that Apex doesn't know where my order is, just that it's shipped. And because it's already shipped, they also can't issue me a refund because those items are indeed already shipped? Essentially, my order may get here or it may not, but I've been out the money that I spent with Apex and not received anything in return except nonsensical answers and typical customer service BS.

I could have spent the same amount of money with any of Apex's competitors and received my order 10 times over in the time it's taken me to get around to writing this review. This is by far the worst experience that I've ever had with any company that I've ever bought from and cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

Spend your money with any of Apex's competition. It baffles me that this company is still in business with the apparent track record of letting their customers down.

Bought 4 pairs of shorts, 2 shipped straight away, the other 2 took literally 6 months to get sent, in the middle of winter. Comfy shorts tho.

We ordered the product 4 months ago and have yet to receive anything. Apex then charged me 2 months in a row for an amount I did not authorize. Apex customer service number has a recording and no one ever calls back. Emails are left unanswered. I believe that this company is a scam.

It's been two weeks ans still haven't shipped our package.

It’s weird to be asked to review your service and then reminded to review you when I haven’t even received my order, that was placed 4/29, yet.

Not only have I not received the package but the tracking number I was sent only recently is “unknown” for days and returns no results.

I’m a couple days away from initiating a chargeback because as far as I can tell this entire transaction has been a scam.

I love this site,it's legit!..I love the joggers,they FIT pretty well on me..looking forward to order more products from APEX RISE!!

The original tracking number did not work. Customer service sent another tracking number that shows the original location is China and my product is out for delivery as of yesterday, but still haven't received any delivery.

I ordered my shorts over a month ago and I still haven’t gotten it as we speak. I will not recommend this to anyone.

This company appears is a scam operating under the name Apex Fitness / Apex Rise. Ordered back in February and haven't received a single pair of shorts. Customer service says they can't refund and it will arrive but the tracking number is expired. Left a review on their other profile and some one said they would reach out, but never did. Their current site (apexrise.co) says they're having a store closing sale so I have little hope of seeing the product or money.

Still don’t have my order nor do I even have an accurate tracking number. No clue when or if this is ever gonna ship

I will change this review "IF" I ever receive my order. Placed the order for one pair of shorts on March 29. Today is April 15, and I still don't have my order. Also, the tracking number is not working. I don't know who's fault that is.

Reasonable delivery times good tracking app.

Have yet to receive any of my ordered and paid for shorts. Sent many emails and get no good information to be able to track the order. Would not ever order again. Scam and rip off company

It’s been 3 weeks and my order still hasn’t been shipped.

I like the company but it said my package post come in April 1-3 and now it saying can’t read address

The fact that you can’t return items in this day and age is ridiculous the shorts were horrible and in no way the size they were marked as horrible experience

I’m very disappointed in this company. This company does not provide the customer service and world class services that other competitors do provide. I will make sure I don’t give this company another penny. What they made off of me will be the last. What I asked was a very easy and simple fix. Yet I need to spend more money to get the bare minimum. To anyone that’s looking to purchase, please make sure you order the correct size. That was my fault for trusting in this company and given them the benefit of the doubt that world class customer service would be provided, whether it was an exchanges or returns.
