Took 4 months and my package just shipped I was a huge fan of this brand and I ordered all the time I won’t be ordering again

Seen these shorts online and were what I was looking for. I took the chance and bought a pair using there sizing chart. I placed the order and waited. Short time after I received an email stating that they changed my size up one level as there was a mistake on there chart, I was skeptical about it but when I received them and tried them on they fit perfectly and extremely comfortable.

I ordered two sets of shorts and only received one. I washed it before I wore them and the "APEX" logo already began peeling off. The shorts themselves are fine. Just not thrilled with the little things and not getting my full order.

Order never arrived. Ads are extremely aggressive

Ordered 2 months ago, still nothing, customer service is an absolute joke. The agent "Sofia" just gives you the runaround. I asked for my tracking info they give me a bunch of numbers and not what company they used to ship, so i have zero idea if they even shipped my things. They Keep saying "sorry, we are busy you will get the shorts eventually" yes....thats what you get. I would never recommend this company. They are terrible. Go elsewhere unless you want your order in 2034 instead of 2023 when i ordered.

Perfect fit and shocking alot better that I thought a tad overpriced but still worth it in my opinion

They are very comfortable. The pockets are surprisingly useful especially for a cell phone.

Product is great. However, I am still waiting on my full order to arrive. It’s been roughly 20 days since my order of three shorts. I have only received 1. The other two are still in transit.

I like the pair of shorts don’t get me wrong. But I bought into the company when they were running buy four pairs get a free gift. One pair was out of stock that I bought which was no big deal. The other three pairs an the gift was still under way but when I got the package 1 of 3 pairs was in the box with the free gift. Sofia was extremely helpful though couple weeks later I got email that order was shipped so I opened it a one more pair was being shipped. At this point I’d much rather have someone reach out an tell me what colors are available in my size. I’m disabled vet that’s let my disability’s run my life an now I’m trying get myself back anget into the shape that I once was in.

Fast customer service responses and very flexible with changing mistakes in orders

They were really helpful when I had issues.
