Poor service. Two hours to reach a lift in inner London and free me when I was stuck. Outages go on for days and days as they source parts or are unable to apply basic fixes. Very disappointing.

Worst lift company in london. Angry looking guy comes out looks at the lift and leaves with it still broken. We are starting to feel these cowboys are purposely damaging tge lift to get call backs. We have a lift that also stops working wgen it rains.

I find the staff generally ignorant and rude, especially towards staff that had been purposefully blocked in by their vehicles , we assigned an appropriate place which they failed to cone . Do not appreciate that kind of rudeness from anyone . We won’t be calling Apex lifts again.

We have two apex lifts in our building and holy shit these are the worst lifts I have ever experienced.
At least one of them is broken at any time. If and when it gets fixed, it last between a day and with luck maybe 2 weeks before it breaks again.

Apart from being unreliable they are also slow and poorly designed.
If you get into a lift that is planning to go down, but nobody actually wants to go down, you will have to wait for the doors to close and reopen again before it allows you to select the level you want to go to.

If you have any choice at all in the matter, avoid apex lifts like the plague.

Apex do not repair the lifts to a professional standard. They do quick fixes. Which means a few weeks later the lifts break down again. They don't seem to test the lifts after repairs, as you can hear the lifts grinding shortly after a repair has been done. And their excuse is always the same.A lack of parts to do a job within the quoted times. Sometimes weeks/months. And sending text messages to say that both lifts have now been repaired, when in fact only one has. They've been nowhere near the 2nd lift. They must be making a fortune from London Borough of Camden for repeat call-outs to repair lifts they claimed they have already repaired. COWBOYS!!

I am extremely disappointed with Apexlifts, the company responsible for maintaining the lifts in our building. Their service has been consistently poor, with constant delays and missed deadlines for critical repairs.

Our nine-story building has only two elevators, and many residents, including wheelchair users, completely depend on them. At the moment, only one barely functional lift remains in use, leading to excessive strain and frequent breakdowns.

It is unacceptable that Camden Council continues to rely on this company despite their repeated failures. The lack of urgency and accountability is causing serious inconvenience, especially for those who have no alternative but to use the lift.

I strongly urge Camden Council to reconsider their contract with Apexlifts and find a more reliable company that can provide the service residents urgently need.

My building used them to replace a lift. In the subsequent two years, the lift has trapped individuals in it and been taken out of service countless times. In the past three weeks alone, it has trapped people inside 5 times. Apex come to ‘repair’, claim job done, and someone gets stuck again.

APEX should not be allowed to operate in any civilised country. Our experience with them is lies and delays and massive incompetence.

We had our lift fully refurbished in the spring of 2023. Since then we’ve had three long outages, each lasting two months or more. We had no lift betwen mid-december and mid-February. They didn’t even bother showing up because aparently they celebrate Christmas for a month or so. They kept claiming that some very hard to find part is ordered but the suppliers are delaying the order. They kept not showing up at the times they had promised to come.

The same happened between May and July this year. Lies and lies and lies and deflection of blame to some anonymous suppliers. two months after our lift broke they came and “fixed” it for an hour. It broke again a month later and they are again, waiting for parts, not answering their phone and all that.

We are stuck with them because we are under warranty. We are looking for legal options to challenge this fraudulent company. Given all feedback online, they seem to operate as a scam and hopefully one day the legal system finds a way to shut them down and hold their management responsible.

Nothing at all to do with this disrespectful company. They constantly park their vehicles,taking up the space of residents personal vehicles. They are obviously too cheap to have a yard for their own vehicles,so are happy to get in anyone's way. Often motre than one vehicle. They are disgusting. Babysitters for Otis,at best!
There are NO lifts here!

A truly bad company. I live at the top of a tower block. There are 2 lifts. One is closed for maintenance, the other one has broken down twice this week. Therefore I have had to walk up and down. I phoned them at 5pm yesterday, somebody else phoned hours earlier. It is now 5am and nobody has been to fix it. I will have to walk down and back up today. Zero stars.
