Great customer experience
Been using liftworks for callouts and servicing on my property for a few years now. Always very efficient and communication is top drawer. Engineers friendly and polite, especially Ross who we have dealt with before. Great customer service and most importantly very well priced. Would definitely recommend

Extremely disappointed in one of their…
Extremely disappointed in one of their staff members driving on Wednesday 18th on the A249, they cut us up and slammed the brakes before sticking their middle finger out of the window at us. So unprofessional and disgusting. If they can’t drive safely then god knows how they install their lifts safely.

Friendly workers great service
Friendly workers great service - kind and go the extra mile to be helpful and respectful to residents whilst working on the building. Lift renovation can be disruptive but they’ve been great and communicative at every step. A special thank you to Alfie and Steve.
