I’ve had a really positive experience with APM throughout the process of renting my flat. They were proactive, very responsive, and always quick to address any questions or issues I had. Everything was handled efficiently and sorted out very quickly, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how helpful and attentive the team was from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

So far they operate as a rent collection company as we have not seen the property managed and maintained properly. Property management has been poor and nonexistent with most basic and major issues like house repairs, fixing broken lift, and arranging bin collection. The apartment building is in a pretty disturbing state: terrible smell from neglected collection of bins, flies in the apartment, broken lift making loud mechanical noise, and various other sanitary and practical issues including rat droppings. The worst is the management, instead of trying to find a solution, just try to pass the blame to tenants or point to excuses like how the tenant portal doesn’t allow them to see older queries while also disallowing you from communicating via email because everything should be logged into that said portal.

I went through the entire process with Kelsey, who handled all communication with me via WhatsApp which made everything so much more efficient and easy to organize. At first, I was a bit apprehensive since it’s a small company, but Kelsey was incredibly understanding and provided all the documents and information I asked for, which really helped put my mind at ease. This was my first time renting in London, and I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’m now settled into my new apartment and absolutely loving it! ☺️
They were also so accommodating when I asked at the last minute if I could have a puppy which truly made my experience even better.

Fantastic letting agents. Kelsie is responsive, and super flexible. Feels like a down to earth letting agency, not one trying to get every penny out of you! When I compare the experience with them vs the experiences I hear with other letting agents on London city island it’s worlds apart. You know you’ll be looked after by them and not ignored and forgotten about as it is with other agencies. Thanks again, and will use you guys whenever I can again!

Thanks to Kelsey from APM, our maintenance issues get addressed really fast (compared to other agencies I had before where you wait for weeks). Been renting for > 1 year with this agency, and so far happy with the service (very responsive and helpful).

We’ve been generally pleased with the communication and APM have been much better than all the agents we’ve had as tenants previously. It’s nice to finally have a managing agent that actually responds to our messages. Kelsey has been helpful in getting maintenance issues sorted and liaising with the landlord to swap out some furniture. It seems rare to find an agent that will take the time to handle these issues and communicate with the landlord for us. It is much appreciated!

Super responsive, friendly and a "make it right" attitude. Unlike other letting agencies we've worked with in the past, APM have been a breath of fresh air and genuinely take care of us as tenants. They respond to messages (via WhatsApp) in minutes/hours rather than days/weeks and always try to get things resolved asap. We've been super impressed with them over the last couple of years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
