bought an asus nexus 7 32gb tablet for half the price of what the majority of other retailers were asking for, delivered at a time that suited me, and actually arrived on the dot (I understand this is to do with the courier but they have evidently done the correct research and chose the one of the most reliable couriers out there), very pleased with my purchase and Apollo2000 will now be my electronic store of choice for the future

I first looked online to.choose the washing machine I wanted. I had some spare time so went to theirshop. I saw the machine iI wanted so iI ththought id order it there and then.

The price was the same but they wanted to charge for delivery. Delivery is free when buying online.
So I got my phone out in the shop and ordered it.

We originally phoned Apollo because the item we wanted, a Miele vacuum cleaner was out of stock. We were told the item was out of stock and there would be a delivery charge, so we decided to order on line with no charge. A delivery date was given and told that notification would be sent, when the order was being dispatched. Imagine our surprise having not received any email, 2 days later, a courier delivered our vacuum cleaner. Brilliant on line service, no complaint from us .

I bought a Sony Bravia TV from Apollo2000, the first time I used this company. Service and delivery was spot on. I had a confirmation phone call for security reasons that put my mind at rest. I also received w call from the course 1 hour before delivery to let me know. Overall great service, very competitively priced and tv was perfect. I highly recommend Apollo!!

On the 16th March, I ordered an item which was 'temporarily out of stock' however it's now nearly 10 days later and I've yet to receive an update as to when I might receive the item which is rather frustrating. Aside from this, the website boasts great pricing and is easy to use.

clear and easy to use Apollo's website, product had a good description with detailed pictures. received regular updated from point of purchase however a little unclear communication through delivery stages. products are competitive priced based on other websites, i did find after purchase this was a hughes ltd owned company knowing this before would of increased my trust in Apollo as not heard of the company before.

would also note had hughes website listed the same product at a higher price.

The service I received was excellent, I was kept informed of where my TV was from the outset. It arrived within the designated timeslot. I purchased at Samsung 60inch LED Smart TV which I haven't got it on the wall yet but I am hoping it will be a perfect addition to my sitting room.

Firstly I was not sure as product offered by Apollo2000 was priced much lower that competition. However I found out that company has a few stores! not only online shop. I've ordered cover for SONY tabled, get confirmation email. Next day another email comes, saying that it has been dispatched. 2 days later a cover showed up.
Simple, effective. I'll sure order again now. Recommended.

Purchased Beko integrated freezer...online. After purchasing had an email to confirm delivery date (which was 7 days time)
The delivery was scheduled for between 7:00am - 8:45am and I thought "yer right" bet I am stuck in the house all day ......but sometimes things do work ...a call at 7:00am by the driver said he would be here in 20mins..and he was.

There is little you can review on a online web store but the service was great .

Our cooker blew a gasket two weeks ago & we had to call fire brigade - they condemned it, so we ordered a gas cooker (unfortunately with a weeks delivery) from Apollo, I collected it Friday - my husband found 5 problems - parts missing (inc the door seal) or damage, we swapped it for a better model & paid the difference on Saturday, still parts missing & damage, we took it back Sunday morning and had a full credit.
