was spending 7k a month increacing month on month £120 of sweets missing and loads damaged, Better of using hancocks slightly dearer on some but always been refunded saves hours of unpaid emails trying to get my stock

So glad I didn't read the reviews first!! I ordered on Sunday received my order today delivered by APC ( ordered under their trading name bulk wholesale sweets) order correct, packaged well, great value will definitely buy from them again.
One small issue, APC sent me a text Monday evening to say delivery would be Tuesday, as mentioned order arrived today.

They really don’t care about their customer service. We are a small sweet shop in Sunninghill and have used them regularly for large orders. They have sent chocolate stock that has fused together in a delivery and they said it’s in their terms and conditions that they don’t compensate. They have sent out of date stock that was out of date before I made the order and they refused to compensate for the stock. When I said I would stop using them as a result they couldn’t even be bothered to reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY

After using another large sweet company for our deliveries, we decided to swap to Appleton Sweets and see if they were any better. I've now used them three times for good sized orders and each time we have received our orders swiftly, packaged very well and all in excellent condition, with good best before dates on. Will continue to use Appleton Sweets now as our go to supplier. This company is based in London and we're based in North Wales, and each order has consistently arrived undamaged; just superb.

Ordered sweets for my grandsons party which was delivered well within time scale but the box should of contained 12 paw patrol cones 4 of each pup but these were doubled up so never got the paw patrol that he loves , don’t think I can blame the company but it’s so annoying

Terrible customer service. Appletons, trading as Bulk Wholesales Sweets provided a photo confirming they delivered to the wrong address, then insist that they investigate further for 6 days before considering putting it right. Its not the first time. Reece, Ricky & Jamie, must do better.

V disappointing that chat is prefered method of contact by company but they don’t respond. DPD have lost my order but will only deal with the sender as the contact is with them.. even though I have paid for delivery myself. Now sent multiple chat messages and two emails and still no response and order is clearly lost by carriers who are known to be cheap and provide service of buffoons.

Appalled at this customer service. Two of my sweet packets arrived opened with product all over the box. Has taken 3 days (after multiple phone calls, emails and messages) to be given a refund and told that I have to re-order the products and pay for the delivery again. Terrible.

Its a well stocked, well priced place. Its a family run business , i visit the warehouse, it's practical and stocked to the rafters! Love it there and they are really helpful!

After seeing the reviews I instantly regretted making a order but so glad I did order come within 3 days. Everything I ordered. Packed very well will definitely order again.

After sales customer service is terrible. Various emails sent but no help or guidance on delivery issue. No sweets and out of pocket

Tried placing an order on Thursday The payment went through and the money has gone from my account but their site tells me the payment didnt go through and to resubmit payment details. We are now on Monday and the payment hasnt been returned we have tried emailing and phoning constantly but with no response i will now have to open a dispute with the bank in order to retrieve my money

zero customer service, no body answers the phone, their website states clearly that my POSTCODE is a 2-3 day delivery, yet can i place an order? NO!! claims it cannot be delivered to the address and to contact them. try contacting them!! spent ages on the phone just rings out!!! THEIR LOSS, AS WE SPEND 4-5 HUNDRED A week on sweets!!

Been using Appletons for years. A great family business that really cares about their customers, and are always happy to help.
