We feared the washing machine would need replaced as repairing it might not be worth the cost, but repairman was quickly able to identify that the fault wasn't as major as we first thought, and repair was swift and reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate to call upon their services again in the future.

I had a problem with 2 appliances, a hob and a dishwasher. Appliance Repairs Northeast turned up, diagnosed the problem, ordered me some (admittedly expensive) parts, came back, fitted them, problem solved. Very straightforward.

Darren arrived on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. It had been made very clear to me prior to the visit that a charge of £50 call out and labour charge would be made, regardless of whether any further work was undertaken, and that I would need to pay for any parts needed. As it happened, Darren identified the issue straight away, and fixed my dishwasher without the need for any new parts. He was in my house for at least an hour - I think that is tremendous value for money. The dishwasher is now working perfectly. This is the third time Ihave used Appliance Repairs Northeast and I can't recrecommend them highly enough. Brilliant service.

Called in Darren to examine our dishwasher that had suddenly stopped working. He quickly diagnosed a manufacturing fault. Advised return of dishwasher to retailer under Consumer Rights Act, as machine was out of warranty period. Full report and photographs of damage provided. Partial refund offered by retailer and accepted. Service and advice from Darren excellent! Would have no hesitation in recommending. Most professional.

Darren was extremely helpful and informative. He replaced the fan and the element on my range cooker oven, kept me informed throughout the process of ordering and availability of the parts and the fitting of them. He tidied up afterwards. I'm very happy with his work.
