Very quick response from this company to message requesting help and all communication was very good throughout. Next day visit to assess job and parts needed. Explained total costs during this call out visit and as soon as the part arrived they came straight out to fit it. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Very knowledgeable - diagnosed fault without having to visit. Appointment made to fit part, arrived promptly, part efficiently fitted and washer/dryer working fine. The only downside was the 8 week wait for the part to be delivered and this was due to the supplier.

We can not recommend Darren enough! From the very first contact through to completion of the repair on our dishwasher, he was a pleasure to deal with. First of all, he actually turns up when he says he will! A novelty to us after having to deal with different tradesmen who say they’ll come but don’t bother. Darren said there were a few possibilities that may be causing the fault and tested them out and found the best value way to repair our appliance. He had to order parts and gave us specific timelines on when they would arrive and kept in touch with my husband throughout the process. If you are looking for an appliance repair company look no further than Appliance Repairs North East. Next day service. Excellent communication on appointment times and when Darren was arriving. Professional and friendly service with the problem solved very quickly. All round great service.
