I have one mobile number. You have been contacting me by email just fine, so that is irrelevant.
I have full transaction lists showing I haven't been paid and I screenshotted you directly from searching on our bank account. Took me 2 minutes to check on my online banking, and I can download 7 years of transactions with a click of a button - no fee, absolutely free.
I don't understand the need to give us a 1-star review when you haven't paid for something you have already received promptly, and have clearly been advised that it still is not paid. We have fixed this issue with our website so future orders don't have this issue.
You've said our dealings have been excellent, so do the right thing and pay what is owed. I showed you that your other order was paid by card, this one was not.
If you saw my work load on a day-to-day basis and how ineffective phone calls are when dealing about model number specific parts, parts diagrams that need to be picked from, and how much information we have to request from suppliers, you would completely understand why email communication is the most efficient. I could be on a 5-10 minute phone call and it ends by asking them to email through their model number. Thats 3-4 email inquiries that I could have answered in the same timeframe.
