Paul was great and did the service.

Paul was great and did the service.
Only minus I will give is the aptive online portal. I have to call reschedule all the time.
I requested the agent that I need the service quaterly but still they schedule every month.
It is little inconvinience but again field technician's service is great.

I'm done with Aptive.

This last visit was the last straw. After struggling with finding an agent that was both knowledgeable, effective AND respectful, I gave Aptive a second chance with a request for a senior agent, like Richard, only. Then we had a rodent, spider & wasp issue, despite putting measures in place to prevent them both. As if finding out I was paying for services either not rendered and/or were ineffective, wasnt enough, I had one agent leave rat poision in our home which my child found, another agent never showed up for our service of serious horsefly infestation and another agent tell me that 'inspecting the attic for pests dead or alive wasn't his job'....despite that being the entire reason for his visit. We had an animal get trapped in our attic, die, and then had to deal with a massive infestation of horseflies in our home as a result. Not only was this abhorrent and horrific to deal with, it's a serious health hazard. I had to personally kill over 300 horseflies next to my son's room in a span of 48 hours while I waited for yet another agent because "they dont work on sundays and saturday was already booked". All of this could have been avoided if the first two agents had done their job and grew increasingly worse due to negligence. Given all of this, plus having rodent issues, silverfish & spiders AND active wasp nests continually around our home despite having monthly service, I am now done with Aptive entirely.
