First time with Scott. He covered the areas requested. Appeared to have checked the structure for wasps. Not all the pictures of the outside like Aaron but seemed to be through. This was oklahoma city not orange county but that is not a field that edit covers

A little late for service
The service was as expected. The reason I didn't give a five was that the technician showed up and pitched darkness. Did not take into consideration the change in daylight savings, he diligently worked everything with his flashlight, and I appreciated his efforts. The logistics could've been better.

Technician calls ahead of arrival shows up looks clean very professional. He asked questions about performance and if we noticed any activity any areas of new activity and did a thorough inspection and treatment.

Extra special treatment
I was given extra special service this time because I had two men, Louis and Juan who was in training.
I worked with Juan inside the house and he would ask questions about areas to determine the best way to treat areas. Also, explained the time needed to let the treatment set before vacuuming or or wiping window sills too soon after the area had been sprayed. I think this info should be stated every time a treatment has been given because we, the customers, have a tendency to forget.'
Also, I appreciate the pictures send by Louis. The next day I was pleased to see one area at the garage door leading to the backyard was sprayed an bit extra because there was evidence of a lot of crickets in that area.
Also, regarding the outdoor pics. During my August treatment, I was in Peru so it was extra helpful seeing the pictures from the outdoor treatment.
Both Louis and Juan were respectful while speaking with me and did not make me feel like they had to "hurry and be finished so they could get to the next location.'

Your service people have always been…
Your service people have always been good. I don’t like the company’s procedures. I have repeatedly asked for a paper receipt and have been told you’re only going by text. The email receipt doesn’t even list the amount charged! I’m looking into other companies particularly since your rates may be increasing.

This was the fourth repeat visit to…
This was the fourth repeat visit to deliver plug in flying bug traps. Again the technician showed up without the items (3total). Please read my service file.
I have been a premium customer and as part of my calls to service center they reviewed my billing rate and changed it $129/ month. With this last technician visit set up manager at our local service center after asking for a credit. He instead changed my service to a lower level for $119. I do not understand how hard it is to deliver plug in bug traps.
