Recently Dissatisfied

I have been a customer for close to a year now but the last couple of times they were scheduled to service my property, no one has showed up. I called in and was given another time for them to come so we will see if they show up. The young lady that I spoke to was friendly and polite and she was able to schedule a new time soon then they were planning to come.

Service not what I was originally sold

The young lady was very sweet. However she told me you dont treat for. Very small insect that is Im my bathroom sinks. She told me my package doesn’t include treament for mosquitoes. Then I saw her getting in the vehicle. I texted her and asked if she was going to treat the interior. Her response was “I didn’t know you wanted it done.”
All of the above have been done previously.

Aptive confirms the appt several days ahead. They call ahead before showing up on the appt day. They confirm what they’ll do and ask if I have questions before they get there. The pictures they take and send to me are a nice record of work. He was so polite. Glad to be using the Aptive service.

Aptive employees always do a good job…

Aptive employees always do a good job of servicing my house and yard. I usually give them 5 stars. This last time, three Aptive reps showed up at my house. Usually only one person does the job. I specifically ask for help with carpenter bees. I received no feedback. So I guess the answer will be the evidence I experience.
