I’ve written about this before. The tech that came is fantastic, and goes above and beyond. I request him every time. It’s the company policies, communication, and inconsistencies that I’ve had a huge problem with. So much that I was thinking about switching companies.

Aptive is an excellent pest control service. They are always timely, and the communication is fantastic! The technician was informative and very knowledgeable about the service.Since we have been using Aptive, we have had absolutely no issues with crawling and flying pests. I would highly recommend them!

Nevaeh, was very professional, timely, and communicative. She let me know she was coming within the 1/2 hour. She greeted me, when I was outside, with just a positivity about her. Nevaeh provided a good summary of what she did on behalf off Aptive!

I have requested afternoon appointments since I am not available during the morning. If I am not able to unlock the gated part of my house, the technician cannot service the rear area of my house. The tech came around 11 a.m. and he could not service the rear area of my house.

They always show up on time very informative and all of their technicians seem to be knowledgeable and friendly and are able to answer any and all of your questions! I definitely recommend them

The pest control tech contacted me before arriving at my house asking about any areas of concern. After treatment, he sent me photos of areas treated, which is appreciated since I was not able to be home. I wish when Aptive sent a text with the date for treatment, there would be an option to reschedule to a date that I could be home for the treatment; so my back deck and sliding door could be treated. Deck not accessible from the outside.

My only complaint is that twice, they did not show up for a scheduled service. The most recent was on 12/30/2025. I was at home all day and no one showed up.

I have called and been told TWICE now that my phone number and email were corrected and I would be notified ahead of time of service calls. None of that has happened. Corporate is worthless. Customer service is worthless. It shouldn't be difficult to change a number and email but apparently for Aptive it's like moving heaven and earth.
