RUN dont even think about the "deal" you are getitng. They dont even deserve 1 star. The sad part is I was a customer 4 times in the last 15 years. They are no longer the company they used to be. The first 6 months a leak, and 2 pumps and panel replacements. 3 months later a mother board replaced that I had to pay for becuase it was out of warranty. The pump continually had surges and 1 year later a leak again. I finally got a reputable compaby to look at the tub and once it was turned on its side it was clear that it was never the pumps or the drain, it was hoses that extended past the frame of the tub. So the pumps were not getting the full source of water and hence the leak as well. These things were supposedly fixed in the first 6 months (The tub was ner turned on its side) . After many calls to the LPI plant and no one would connect me to a supervisor, I was only told it is a 6 month warranty you did not purchase the extended warranty. I finally cut my losses 12,000 down the drain and a new hot tub by a reputable dealer with a 3 year warranty parts and labor for about the same money. This company is not what it used to be STAY AWAY!!!!!!!.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Aqua Living Hot tubs in B.R. LA Best decision made in a long time. Craig Landry was our salesperson and his customer service skills is outstanding.
Craig followed up after delivery to see if all went well. Nothing major but Craig made sure it was corrected. I recommend Aqua Living to anyone in the market for a hot tub. The hot tub is amazing. Shout out to Craig Landry.

Worst company experience ever, and 15K down the drain!! LPI does operate under other names like Aqua Living, and I am in TN. Two month old hot tub with multiple issues and poor customer service, maintenance, and the CEO does not care!!! Do your research and buy anywhere but LPI and the subsidiaries. We have a new unusable hot tub, and it is beyond frustrating.

This company is trading under multiple company names. The director is rude and unprofessional selling defective hottubs and will not respond to messages in regards dangerous defective spas they are allowing to be sold to the general public. selling chines spas as American hot tubs spa Soloitions - Aqua living - vortex spas - Viking spas - Premium leisure - North River spas DO NOT TRUST

We purchased a hot tub from aqua living last year and haven’t been able to use it since January. They have sent someone to fix our hot tub twice then ordered parts and the poor guy has been out at least 4 more times and each time the company has sent the wrong parts. The guy that is doing the repairs lives in Chicago and has driven from there to Ohio each time. We’re now on at least 7 or more deliveries consisting of the wrong parts and the repair guy now calls us before he arrives to see if the correct parts have been delivered. We’ve been dealing with this again since January. All we get are apologies and promises that they understand and they will fix it. I will never buy from them again . That includes aqua living and lpi warranty company. They can frankly come pick it up! Over 10,000 dollars and I can’t even use it.

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s official five weeks with new hot tub leaking and now it doesn’t even hold water and aqua living still has yet to fix problem. Talked with LPI she was supposed to over night a dye test it’s now Friday and no overnight package two days late. I WONT THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE OUT OF MY BACKYARD. THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. customer service is a joke. In five weeks they had a tech out for an hr trying to find leak he couldn’t so now it sits as a lawn ornament. I am disgusted aqua living should be embarrassed. If more people would knew what actually happens sales might not be so good. I am going to contact the BBB next. If I were to do it over again which I think will happen I would buy from a local dealer that way maybe a leak would get fix. Brand new hot tub can’t even be used. Think long and hard before you try and save a few dollars. Learn from my mistakes.

Scam Artist

We purchased a hot tub in October and 4 months later we still don't have it. They keep pushing back the date and they have $4,000 of our money. We requested an refund and two weeks later we still don't have it. When I ask where it is they give me a different number to call. STAY AWAY at all cost

Really speedy delivery and excellent plastic free packaging. I love the jumpers almost as much as my children do - they insist on wearing them at all times, when not in school uniform. A great purchase.

I ordered one of the new Planet Hero jumpers and love it! Great layer for chilly days but not bulky which is perfect for my son to wear. Parcel arrived promptly and Great packaging with no plastic - bonus!

What a great company ,fast service and they even gave me free books with my order, what can I say , just fantastic and the bath toys are the best you can buy .

Up to today I was delighted with the help I received Christina Hall. However today was the day when my delivery was due. Hermes proudly claiming the delivery had been done and posted a picture showing the delivery was not to my house. I think they have let you down.

Didn’t have the goggles I wanted in stock but they got in touch straight away and offered me alternatives! I ended up choosing a cheaper pair but they quickly refunded the difference.

Very pleased with purchase. Ordered during store holiday shutdown and received an email asking if I still wanted to complete the purchase or have a refund. IMHO this points to good customer service. Order arrived in good time once store reopened.
