Almost all of the fish came dead. Will charge again to reship, Never will I use them again. For Anything !

1. Bought $1.99 snail with $28 shipping.
2. It was delivered to the wrong address.
3. I wrote a lot of bad reviews.
4. It finally got delivered to me.
5. I asked about it having a chip in the shell and it not moving.
6. They said I had to remove the bad reviews before they would help me.

I ordered cardinal tetras and they all arrived nicely packed and healthy. They came in a box lined with Styrofoam with a heat pack wrapped around the bag. The 9 fish I ordered acclimated to my tank quickly and are doing well. I like that the fish are only shipped when the weather is warm enough & when they can be delivered next day, which is clearly stated when ordering. My fish shipped out on a Tuesday and arrived Wednesday morning. Overall I'm happy and I would buy again.

Bought 2 vampire crabs. One arrived dead the other arrived healthy. After submitting their DOA report and adding a few pictures the next day a very helpful and friendly member of staff replied back to me and offered me store credit or a full refund for the price of the DOA crab(no refund for shipping available). I chose the store credit and will be buying another crab hopeful it arrives like the healthy one I already recieved.(Shipping was fast and constantly up to date)

The place I would order fresh water fish now and then I stopped using because they went down hill and tried this place a few months ago for some different little fish like gobies .

Loved this place , the fish and their packaging / shipping was great .

The gobies are outstanding .

Was going to order again today but two of the small type cat fish I wanted are out of stock so will wait .

I do commend them for being honest and listing what is currently in stock .
