Good product, came on time. Instructions for assembly not quite adequate, but if you had some basic knowledge , they worked.

My logstore was a little slow to come, but was an excellent piece of kit when it did arrive - sturdy and easy to assemble. Time will tell how long it lasts (and Ronseal...).
Decent web-site too with dimensions and other details made very clear.

Quality looks very good but instructions could have been more specific. Looks and feels robust.

A great piece of kit well made straight forward to build

I was excited to get this bench. It had plenty of storage space and the various sizes available meant that I could choose a size right form my garden shed. I wanted tp paint it from the off, which I did. The 18mm plywood is terrific; flat and cut cleanly. However the pine supporting wood left a lot to be desired. It was full of knots, which, because I was painting it, I had to treat with knotting solution. Then there were lots of drill holes that I had to fill. These should have been properly countersunk. They were not. None of the screws were flush with the surface and were often 1cm deep into wood. I admit that this is a problem if you want your bench as is, unpainted. So, in part, I created my own problem by wanting a very smart-looking, painted bench. However, the real problem came during the final assembly. The side braces do not match to the width the main vertical supports. Placed correctly, the angled side braces were around 20 to 30mm too short. And, as a result the drilled screw holes did not line up with the centre of the vertical that the screws were supposed to go into. I had to re-drill eight holes. I got there in the end, but the side braces are still too short. Has anyone at Arbor Garden Solutions assembled one of these recently? If they have, they would realise that they need to adjust the lengths of the side braces. They are too short. With quite a bit of work on my part, I now have a great-looking bench with plenty of storage. I just wish that some quality control had made my life a little easier. I have photographs of the finished bench if you want to see them.

From purchasing and finishing the project was really good. Pergola kit came in time, and everything delivered to complete it. Now the project has been built with no problems and looks absolutely perfect for what I needed, so for me would definitely recommend this company, it’s 5 stars for me, thank you

Quick delivery, really good quality timber, we now have a super deck in the garden 3x3.6m. Instructions could be more detailed, but we had it complete in a day.

The window of time was not meet, the chap was over an hour later. He went to the wrong home and stated that he had delivered it but hadn't then he put the doors on the wrong way around. Got someone to come out to put the doors on the correct way, he was late too, rude but did the job. Left the gate open when he left, didnt know he had gone

We have bought 2 log stores & 2 bespoke planters & had excellent service from placing the orders to delivery. The 2 bespoke planters are fabulous & were just what we required. All the products are of a high quality finish. All the staff have been helpful & pleasant. A definite recommendation.

Amazing product. Fantastic quality & looks beautiful. Had been looking for potting bench for a long time & this one was a great choice at a really good price. Great delivery service & so easy to put together. Would definitely recommend this company and can’t wait to shop with them again.

I haven't had a chance to assemble the garden shed yet but it is very rough hewn wood. That does not bother me but I could not see screw holes for putting it together so I am concerned that assembly may be a little difficult especially if the wood warps before I get to it.
The delivery man more or less dumped the pieces straight in the drive too which was a bit disappointing.

Delivered earlier than scheduled which was great. Paid extra for installation which was brilliant because I’d still be here 3 months later trying to put together. Installer was great, did the whole job in 30 mins on a very hot day. Cheers!

Easy to use website, responsive to queries and a great selection of workbenches.
The self assembly process is not made easy though. I received 10 separate packages, none of them numbered, and with the incorrect assembly instructions for the type of bench purchased. This could be made much easier for customers by simply numbering parts and referring to them in the assembly guide.
Overall though, a great product which I’m very happy with.
