Arbtech Consulting Ltd Opiniones

Charlie was always so fast at replying, it made me feel like very valued. She has always been extremely helpful when I needed any help or support and I couldn’t have asked for a speedier or more professional service.

Our consultant Chantae has been very helpful and accommodating to our situation. She turned around our report so quickly which helped us enormously and for that we are very grateful.

Fast and efficient

Great company to work with and they have a wide range of qualified experts who provide professional and detailed reports/services. In order to apply for planning permission I needed an extensive list of surveys carried out, Arbtech completed these in a timely manner and to an extreme high quality.

Quick response, kept me informed. Friendly service
Thanks

I had a PRA carried out recently by Arbtech, the experience from start to finish was excellent, the ecologist was excellent, and my report arrived exactly when I was told it would do, I am very pleased with the service from Arbtech and would certainly use them again

I have been trying to steer my way through the planning process to build a sports field for our school

We had onerous and unreasonable conditions as part of the permission and the various officers went out of their way to create hurdles and were unwilling to explain clearly what they required.

In desperation I stumbled on Arbtech Geo Environmental department, it was a revelation. I dealt with Charlie who went out of her way to deliver the contamination report, it was the first time I felt that someone was helping rather than hindering the project. The report was available in 2 days.

Charlie is outstanding.

We will now use Arbtech to complete all of the remaining conditions and always use it in the future, in particular the Geo Environmental department

Very comprehensive report, requested by Council following planning approval. Documentation delivered within expected time-frame. Helpful and pleasant agent.

I have worked with Arbtech on many projects in the past 2 years. Their ecological consultants are very client focused, which is critical, and clearly understand the client brief and expectations. The service is efficient and all the consultants I have worked with are friendly and approachable. Very professional company, who I have no hesitation in recommending.

The service was excellent from the initial phone call to the execution of the required survey. I would recommend the company to anyone needing ecology support. The consultant that was assigned to our survey acted professionally and was a credit to the company.

Awful company, awful management. They owe a lot of people, a lot of money. Consultants do their best but are up against the clock and rush everything. Rushed work does not equal anything that is good quality. Do not take a job working for or with this company, client or consultant. They are atrocious!!!!

great prompt service thank you

Pleasant and efficient service.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I requested a Preliminary Risk Assessment Report and this was undertaken in an extremely timely manner. I worked with Charlotte whose communication throughout was excellent.

I would 100% recommend this company and Charlotte. Even the booking team etc were extremely efficient too.

Thanks for your service.

We worked on couple of projects with 'Arbtech Consulting' and it was a great experience. I would recommend this firm to get better biodiversity and ecology based direction. Arbtech have qualified and experienced team to lead the projects!

We had a fantastic experience working with Arbtech for both our Ecology Assessment and Green Infrastructure Statement (GIS) as part of our planning application. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable.

A special thank you to Kayleigh, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She ensured everything ran smoothly, kept us updated, and answered all our queries promptly. The reports were delivered on time and met all the necessary requirements.

If you’re looking for a reliable and professional ecological consultancy, Arbtech is definitely the company to go with! Highly recommend their services.
