I did not want to give such a negative review of this site seeing as it appears to have some great items. Objectively however, my experience was not great.

I purchased an item to be shipped to Australia but was not given a tracking number. I attempted to email Archive Joy but none of their emails seem to actually work. I then found out a few days later that the order had been cancelled.

I decided to message via Instagram where it took quite some time for them to get back. It turns out the item had already been sold and not been taken down from the site.. I've been told i'm getting a refund but given the lack of communication and general tardiness, i'm dubious this will happen. If i'm proven wrong i will update this review. Proceed with care.

Archive Joy is a total scam.. SO UNPROFFESSIONAL Please do not waste your time and money buying anything on this joke of a website. There is no phone number available so I emailed and sent an Insta message and its almost two weeks and I have not had any response whatsoever. When you purchase an item the shipping method says Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked. Complete RUBBISH as you do not even receive a tracking reference from Royal Mail. Archive joy is still holding onto my payment with absolutely no form of communication and Customer Service is none existent. A complete joke. I am extremely annoyed with myself for even placing the order in the first place. Whoever runs this website should be ashamed of himself so as I said, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY to even glance at an item on this website..Do not say I did not warn you!!!!

No Shipping Tracking number given….
No way of Contact. Emails Not working and no answer to dms on insta.
Feels like i was scamed. Already filed a complain with Paypal .

I've made two seperate purchases here and both have been spot on. Very good used condition, speedy delivery and good communication by contact through Facebook messenger.

Item not received no communication - email states email not found, no response on Instagram. Brought this and stated 24 hour tracked and a week later and its not been sent.

I ordered from Archive Joy but the parcel did not arrive. I messaged them and was told they would check the delivery status. Then no response. I have messaged numerous times since, still no response.

Order number AJ4387. Feel free to message me and sort this out, I didn't want to leave a bad review in order to get a response.

Jeans described as 30 waist but not even close to this. Emailed 5 times requesting to in fact return but spend more money and exchange for a more expensive jumper with no response still. No phone number so had to open a PayPal case that’s also been ignored…
