ARC Solutions have been our Company's supported IT for many many years. Alan the Owner and Director has taken us through 3 x office moves and new set ups and I don't know what we would do without him, he goes above and beyond to help. Alan makes things easier to understand and explains the process. You feel supported which is extremely important when something goes wrong. He also keeps us up to date and in the know regarding changing laws on IT security etc.

Please stop spam calling me. Your agent who switches names between Elizabeth and Margaret (amoung others) has repeatedly harassed me with spam calls. I have asked her multiple times to take me off your spam call list. If she calls again I will be making a police report against your company for harassment.

The second time I have used ARC solutions this year and both times the service was exceptional. Alan explains things very simply and gives you lots of options and on both occasions I have been massively impressed with the solution I received and would highly recommend to anyone.

Our computer crashed after an update on 22nd February. PC World wouldn't look at it till end of April once out of lockdown. Was recommended ARC Solutions by a friend and I have been extremely impressed. Everything had to be reinstalled and we were given the opportunity to upgrade the hard drive at the same time, which we chose to do. We were kept in the loop as to how work was progressing and picked it up yesterday. It is now running like a new machine and everything is still there I would recommend this service to anyone.
