The clear, colourful and interesting explanations of everything - making each topic easy to understand. The right amount of detail, really responsive support. Great mock exam. I would highly recommend Ardent Training.

Nothing short of brilliant. Great structure and resources. The combination of power point slides and, in person, whiteboard lectures means you can clarify points you don't get first time. The chat box function was always quick and helpful. For me, the Ardent approach worked better than previous attempts at face to face Yachmaster Theory. At the end of the day you've got to work things out for yourself. The Ardent approach made that so much easier to achieve.

The instructions are very knowledgeable and were available for any questions I had, but to be honest, I didn't have may questions. The course materials are well laid out and easy to understand.

Just completed RYA Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster Offshore Theory Course - and am so grateful that Ardent were recommended to me, as everything about this experience was excellent. The video content, brings the potentially tedious subject matter to life - and when coupled with the excellent slides and graphics means that whatever your learning style is, they have it covered. There is a comprehensive section of really useful resources, and all the tech works. Lessons can be downloaded and viewed offline, so I learnt one complete section on a flight to Europe. Instructors are available till 8pm every day of the week, and are very quick at responding to questions. There are live online sessions covering a variety of topics. And anyone that uses Cadbury's dairy milk to help you remember sailing theory gets my vote!

A great course, easy to follow with clear, relevant and informative content. The on-line approach is very effective, particularly with the one to one engagement that is always available promptly. I would highly recommend Ardent and will be taking my next exams with them.

As a complete beginner to sailing, this course has been absolutely fantastic. The content is clear, engaging, and well-structured, making it easy to absorb and apply what I’ve learned. Each lesson builds on the last, which helps everything click into place. I’ve gained so much knowledge and confidence in a short amount of time—highly recommend it to anyone starting out in sailing!

This an excellent online course. Not only is it throughly enjoyable and hugely detailed making sure you have all the necessary context, the modules are brilliantly filmed, fun and you have the ability to switch between the chat and slides which are more written detail. The instructors are online to chat to you and are super quick at coming back. I loved this, seriously considering going for the next steps with ardent.

Excellent course. Comprehensive. Quick response to questions - great format with slides, videos and short quizzes to check knowledge. Good set of materials sent in package and sturdy navigational tools included.

This is a fantastic team to utilize while you’re learning. The material is thorough, concise and well laid out and the support is spot on. I’m in the US and know for sure there were times people stayed after their normal hours to help get me squared away. I would absolutely recommend them!

The structure of the course is really good and the support from staff via chat is really quick and exceptionally good.
