I recently instructed
A|RICS|SURVEYOR to value three of my properties, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They responded to my initial enquiry very quickly, and Chloe in particular went to great lengths to explain the entire process, what to expect, and the timelines involved. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything feel straightforward.

The pricing was very reasonable, and the reports were delivered even faster than promised without compromising on detail or professionalism. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient RICS valuations.

Chloe was extremely helpful and very efficient in contacting my estate agents to get my survey booked in. I opted for a level 3 survey, Nathan was very informative and knowledgable when he called me after visiting the property and his report was consistent with this. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend, service was spot on. Thank you both!

Organisation was pretty slick - bit of a mess up on the first attempt to get entry to the house but that was not their fault. All completed quickly enough and report came through on time

A great service all round! Chloe and Nathan have been extremely helpful, quick to respond and dealt with all aspects of arranging/carrying out the survey efficiently. It was really useful to speak to Nathan on the day of the survey for an overview of the findings, which put my mind at rest before reading the full report a few days later. Highly recommend!

I requested a level 3 building survey and not only were they able to carry it out quickly, Chloe was very informative and took the time to answer all my questions. After completing the survey Nathan was also very helpful and informative on the follow up phone call and published the report very promptly. As a first time buyer I was completely clueless but Chloe and Nathan were great. I was travelling at the time the survey was completed, and Chloe was amazing at dealing with the estate agent to get the session booked in, and the follow up and information from Nathan was spot on

Arics Surveyor's were a fantastic choice. They were able to complete the valuation within less than a week after I rang up, even coming early in the morning so I could fit it around busy work schedule.

I did not have to chase up for the report, it was shared very promptly.

I had an amazing experience with this company, received a very detailed report and also had a call from Naithan following the survey with a brief overview of the problems the property had. The price for the survey was also very affordable, will definitely recommend it.

Had a level 2 RICS survey completed on a property. The survey was completed within a timely manner and on the day we receved a phonecall that shared a basic overview on how the survey went and opportunity for questions about what was carroed out. The report was sent quickly within a few days and was filled with relevant information needed which included advice given for next steps etc. Staff were always kind and easy to approach through phone call or email and were timely and efficient with responses. I would highly recommend for people looking for a survey upon a property.
