We have found Ark to be extremely helpful in sorting out our computers and migrating our files over to our new set up

Always very helpful. My mind is at ease knowing ARK Assist is at the end of the phone!

Always on hand and always quick with a correct response - never left for more than a few minutes and often up and running within 10 minutes if that.

I raised an issue I had with my computer with Ark.
They responded within an hour or so and immediately looked at my machine, found the issue(s) and resolved them quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed how quickly they responded and how helpful they were.
