Lightsaber I bought works as intended, its sturdy, looks great, well packaged so it is protected.

I wish the instructions were for the specific item I purchased or they had instructions I could see on their website to give me more confidence that I wasn't damaging it during assembly (since it was the maul saber it was slightly more complicated).

This has so many functions and settings, such as several colour and sound changes, which are well described in the instruction booklet. A brilliant item for star wars fans.

The force is strong with this company.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Responded to communications quickly, incredibly polite and helpful. I’d asked if they did Covertech wheels to attach the Saber to my cosplay belt, as I couldn’t find them on the website, and they very kindly responded they did and added one to my order for me. The order was acknowledged, shipped and arrived in good time. I ordered on the 14th May and today (as I review this) it’s the 26th May - outstanding.

So the product itself is great quality, as a I knew it would be, having met these guys at Portsmouth Comic Con at the start of May and having a chance to check out their Sabers. Which is why I decided to buy from them. The hilt I got was Sleight of Hand and is both simplistic and stunning, not to mention a perfect weight for spinning, not too heavy and not too light. The blade is nice too, although a little too long for me to spin indoors plus I prefer a shorter blade and so I’ve switched it out for a shorter blade from another Saber. The soundboard is fantastic, nice and crisp and clear. Whilst there are multiple colours to choose from for the blade as well as multiple sound fonts to switch between. Not to mention the usual movement controls, making this an outstanding Saber.

If there was just a couple of very minor things I might raise, as I already mentioned, it’s that a standard long blade is sent out, and I would love to have the option to choose a different length blade. But maybe I missed this option or it can become an option if you contact them! (As with the Covertech wheel)

The other thing was the smallest, and I do mean smallest, flex to the hilt as the design incorporates having a sleeve over the main hilt. Not a wobble exactly, but certainly not 100% solid. However, to be fair to IM, I have ADHD and therefore have a high sensory perception. Therefore I’m not sure anyone else would notice this, because I’m incredibly fussy about the tiniest things. But easy enough to fix with just a couple of small pieces of double sided tape.

Oh, and the other thing was that despite the amazing communication, I got an email from the delivery company but not from IM. Which would have been the icing on the cake, just to say the order had been handed over, and who that carrier was going to be. Wasn’t sure whether the delivery firm email was real or a scam at first, hence an email would have been good. Although, maybe I missed this somewhere, but couldn’t find anything in spam.

Speaking of the delivery firm, and this is a note for IM as much as those reading this review, a little disappointed with the final delivery. I was keeping an eye out and saw the delivery van pull up, watched them get my order out and then proceed to leave it on the doorstep without ringing the bell or knocking the door, just put by the door and left. Like I said, this is on the delivery company and not IM, therefore it doesn’t lose them any stars on this review. However, IM may want to be aware of this and anyone waiting on a order might want to keep a close eye out for delivery so it’s not left sat on a doorstep.

Over all I’m absolutely delighted with my order, the service I received and the speed at which it arrived.

Absolutely outstanding company, who I will definitely order from again in the future.

Me and my friend found this company on pure chance and from the start they were super friendly and helpful. My friend bought 2 lightsabers and unfortunately the one I wanted was out of stock but they ordered it for me as soon as they could (which was on the same day). The lightsabers themselves are exceptional quality and have great attention to detail (especially with the exposed kyber crystal), they fit perfectly in your hand.
