I had a CCJ wrongly put against me and…
I had a CCJ wrongly put against me and didn’t know where to turn to my credit rating is currently ruined .. Ark have been amazing, helped me immediately and have managed to get the other company to sign a consent order to get the court to set this aside thank you so much for all your help

amazing quick and reliable.
well what can I say amazing would be a start, very reliable and fast, I had 3 CCJs due to parking that I wasn't aware of and this amazing company only managed to get them all set aside within 9 days
I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs help with dealing with CCJs, if I could give more stars I would they need a medal

Wrongfully issued CCJ's removed from credit file!
I phoned multiple companies after I was issued with 3 CCJ's without my knowledge. As soon as I had got off the phone with Reza I knew ARK CMCS was the company I was going to use. Professional throughout the process, and Reza always kept me upto date with the status and how things were going. Cannot recommend there service enough to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of wrongfully having a CCJ issued against them. 5 star. Thank you so much!

I did a random credit check to find i…
I did a random credit check to find i had a county court judgement for a parking fine from years ago. I rang a few different places but decided to take my luck with Arks solictors based on his good reviews. im so glad i chose them. From the min i contacted them i was told everything very clearly and he predicted everything right. I had doubts that id even be able to get the CCJ removed. Arks got the paperwork sent to the claimaint in one day and they came back and agreed to set the judgement aside. Today i got a letter from the court’s granting to set the order aside. I gave him a call today again to translate what this court letter means and although all fees were paid and dusted, he still helped in answering all my questions like how to pay the remaining parking fine. It was such a easy process , once you pay them, just consider the job done. Thank you again!

I am extremely happy with the service
I am extremely happy with the service, expectations, and results. The team explained everything in layman's terms and reassured me in every way possible.
Upon hiring them they contacted the claimant who has agreed to set aside my CCJ. This all happened in one day which really surprised me and over exceeded my expectations.
This is now awaiting for the court to clear the CCJ.
I would recommend ARK CMCS for providing a trustworthy, honest, and speedy service.
I would thoroughly recommend them.
