First Order - I chose the welcome package with different samples, as this was my first time ordering from Arkdefo.
I have been delighted with the service received.
The package arrived quickly, and all items were individually wrapped in tissue paper, with clear instructions on the colour, fabric weight, and with information on how best to use them. A great selection of the colours/shades I ordered and the cost of packaging was very fair considering the weight of the parcel and how well the items were delivered.
Am looking forward to making lovely things, and ordering again.

Icing on the cake was a care guide with fabric samples - very helpful and just shows that this shop goes an extra mile for their customers. All around a great service and products. I am delighted with the product and service I have received from Arkdefo.
The fabric is of the highest quality - really unusual and high end. It came beautifully packaged- I felt like I was unboxing something from Pret-a-porter! The amazing sale deals mean that it is incredibly good value as well. Thank you Arkdefo for saving this fabric from landfill and making it available to amateur sewers!

The fabrics are lovely quality and good value especially if you’re in the UK. (If in EU expect duty etc)

Collected my mystery package this week. 8m mix of fabulous quality dry wax fabrics. I’d planned to make tote bags but may need to look out a jacket pattern to show off the fabric better.

It’s so nice to deal with such a professional company, there was a technical glitch when it came to calculating the shipping, a quick live chat through the website & it was all sorted & to my surprise when my fabric arrived there was an extra length for the error in the shipping process, well what can I say you didn’t have to but the extra fabric was really a lovely thank you 😊

I am happy with my purchase and just made another one! They`ve sent me a sample card with different types of wax cotton and instructions how to take care of it. Will most definitely check the shop on a regular basis for future fabric sales, I hope to see more colorful fabrics in colors suitable for the summer like pink, purple or some neon colors
