They are not interested in confirming, gathering information and facts before even telling me they will do nothing. I have spent 1000s on Armani, but in future it will be zero because of your amazingly bad service.

Ho un maglione 6RZM2VZM1HZ comprato a Maggio 2024, messo una decina di volte, lavato a mano 3 volte, è completamente rovinato. I materiali sono pessimi, sembra un maglione con 5/6 anni di vita. Lo avevo comprato in saldi, ma comunque il costo non era basso.

Store person given me number of his manager mr Arshad I called and did whatsapp message as well as I have shared statement of bank which reflect IST debited from my account , then after several calls and as well as I visited their delhi select city walk store they called the guy Arshad and then he said it will reflect in 48 hours in their account and then they will refund . Now it’s more than 4 days nothing response nor they are taking my calls , not responding my messages and neither I have received yet my hard earned money . Looks like these are fraudster , and pathetic customer service provider. I will never recommend to do shopping from Armani charge pathetic store , pathetic ethics , pathetic customer service .

first time I ordered some jeans pants and without knowing they were outlet item and I could not return second time I ordered I made sure Before purchase, the jeans are not outlet however, after purchasing, they move the jeans to outlet item and refuse the return. I’m a long time Armani exchange customer over 20 years.
As I stated to the customer service, the website should inform customers before they purchase any item that this is an outlet item and you cannot return in BOLD FOUNT

Ho ricevuto la borsa in regalo a dicembre 2024 e nonostante fosse nuova e intatta, la pelle ha iniziato a spellarsi dopo poco tempo. Ho contattato il servizio clienti per chiedere assistenza, ma non mi è stata offerta alcuna soluzione, perché essendo un regalo non avevo la ricevuta. Tuttavia evidente che la borsa sia un prodotto originale Armani. Mi aspettavo una qualità superiore da un marchio prestigioso come Armani, ma sono rimasta profondamente delusa sia dal prodotto che dal servizio clienti. Non consiglio l'acquisto di prodotti Armani exchange.

The online product delivered are used products. They refuse returns. Horrid Horrid company. Should be banned. The people at Armani Exchange in shopping malls, wear the product and then sell the crushed products to hapless customers online. Literally a fraud company.

Compro un paio di scarpe pagandole 130€ scontate del 40% su Zalando descrizione dice che si tratta di ecopelle di altissima qualità dopo neanche 35 giorni scarpe da buttare,, indossate quattro volte, si sono spellate, una vergogna non comprerò da voi , poi si lamentano della contraffazione. Buttare soldi così no, meglio quelli fasulli lì paghi due soldi sono usa e getta come quelli originali.

They trick you into thinking you can return clothing You cannot. They will claim it was an outlet sale and refuse even tho at every step of the checkout process lists how returns are easy and free.

Watch what you order from them. Ordered something for a Christmas Gift and it was way too big & they said I can't return it, it's a final order - no returns. No where on there when I ordered it did it say that. I'm done with Armani.

They have really good quality products but one of the worst customer service ever, the only one time i contacted them about resolving a return issue and after i tried 2 times sending e-mails they didn't even bother themself to answer !

Stupid product, I took winter jacket from Clark’sburg Premium outlet and it doesn’t hold the Maryland winter wheather I went to return and they are saying they do not have return only they can exchange. Even they have not mentioned in the store that there is no return only exchange.

Io sono molto affezionata ad Armani, addirittura Armani Exchange, quando mi capita di andare a Milano , in via passerella, mi trattano con i guanti di velluto, e ho ricevuto un bellissimo regalo di natale! Sono il Top, soprattutto il responsabile del negozio !

Absolute poop products. Especially the Eyewear. I can't believe yall sell this poop for the prices you do with the absolute poop quality of materials. Worst brand to ever be put on a shelf. You all should be ashamed of yourself for how horrid your products are. Nothing stays together. No matter how many I get it them worked on or fixed.

I had ordered 2 shoes with size 8.5. After a week I got my shoes and wore 1 pair from them. After using for an hour I realized they are too tight for me. When I checked inside the shoe, I was shocked. Though everywhere it says it's size 8.5(Online, Shoe tag) everywhere it said it was 8.5 except in the shoe itself it says it's size 8. It was same with both the pairs. Then I immediately planned to call them but found no contact number on the web. So, having no choice I emailed them explaining everything. They without asking if I need the right size or not said I need to visit their store to return them and refund will be processed within 10 days. There is no Armani Exchange store near me so I asked for a return label but they haven't replied yet since yesterday. Very unprofessional and stupid people. I will this way or that way get my right size shoes anyway, but their helpline stinks.

Miserable Qualität made in China und kein Interesse an Qualitätskontrolle. Habe eine Jacke aus Kunstleder gekauft, die ich selten getragen habe, bei der sich aber am Kragen das schwarze Kunstleder ablöst. Keine Ersatz da kein Kaufbeleg und kein Interesse an einer Rücksendung um wenigstens den chinesischen Hersteller zu rügen. Nie wieder...

I Worked at Armani Exchange in 2008 and the quality was absolutly shocking. Cargo pants brand new in stock straight out the packet and the seems were coming apart. They were highly sought after, customers loved them but of course they started returning them in their droves. Georgio Armani actually has nothing to do with this branch of Armarni and for good reason. They actually come under a company called Club 21. I always remember management taking a firm stance on returns and trying to wriggle out if it even though they knew what we was selling was crap. It makes me laugh how people come into the shop thinking they are getting a quality Armani product and they're really not, wideboys that think they look good in their Armani and it's not even Armani 😂

DO NOT SHOP HERE. PRIMARK QUALITY IS BETTER THAN HERE. TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS WORKED HERE AND SEEN IT FOR WHAT IT IS.

Ho fatto un'ordine di un piumino smanicato uomo,arrivato dopo 10 giorni taglia xl era come se fosse una M,ho chiesto il cambio e il tempo trascorso totale da quando ho ordinato il primo e ricevuto il secondo cambio c'è voluto quasi 1 mese.
