Assistenza clienti al limite dell’ imbarazzante, sembra (e forse è davvero così) di parlare con dei bot che non fanno altro che inviare risposte automatiche del tutto sconnesse rispetto a quanto richiesto ed addirittura discordanti tra di loro. È agghiacciante che un marchio come Armani abbia un servizio di assistenza cliente così scadente. Nello specifico, io ho chiesto la procedura per rimborso IVA essendo residente extra-UE: in primo luogo mi hanno detto che non era possibile, poi era possibile ma a determinate condizioni, poi non era più possibile, alla fine mi hanno confermato quanto scritto tra l’altro nero su bianco sulle FAQ del loro shop online. Eseguo tutta la procedura, adesso nuova epopea perché nessuno mi sa rispondere in merito alla mia pratica, ancora una volta continuano ad inviare risposte completamente senso. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Armani Exchange store in Northpark Mall, which severely undermines my confidence in your brand’s commitment to customer service.
On a recent Thursday night, I purchased a new jacket from your store. In my excitement, I wore it out, only to discover a tear in the sleeve once I arrived home. Understanding the nature of display items, I attributed this to normal wear from customers trying it on. With confidence in your 30-day return policy, I planned to return the jacket at my earliest convenience.
However, my return attempt on the following Sunday was met with an unexpected and frankly unacceptable response. The same clerk and manager who had assisted me initially were present. Despite my polite and clear explanation of the situation, the manager, Isaac Flores, refused the return. His reasoning was both unreasonable and unfounded, stating that I should have called immediately after the store closed on Thursday or returned the next day. His demeanor was unprofessional, accusing me of causing the damage myself. Additionally, the fact that the store had removed the tag was used as a further reason to deny the return.
Compounding this issue was the manager’s deliberate attempt to mislead me by providing a fake customer service number, later followed by a fraudulent email address. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of your store’s management.
Fortunately, direct contact with your customer service team led to a resolution, and I was able to return the jacket to a nearby Armani Exchange store. However, this experience has significantly tarnished the image of Armani Exchange in my eyes. I urge the regional staff to address this matter with Isaac Flores and ensure proper training is provided to handle customer requests ethically and effectively.

Unprofessional and Dacoit ARMANI EXCHANGE Customer Services Team and the Disability Discrimination
I ordered a few items from The Armani Exchange under Order no: 1906ZWSOL2321I. The items worth was £258.50. The items were sent through the UPS and the driver without knocking the door just drove away. I reported the issue to both AX customer services and the UPS. The next day I received another email that these items has been delivered. There was nothing delivered on my address and when I requested for the POD (Proof of Delivery) the AX could not provided that to me. Its been 4 months now that I didn’t received my delivery and the Armani Exchange has taken the payment and the AX customer services team just is wasting my time and dodging me. They are telling me that this issue has been forwarded to the escalation team and till date they didn’t resolved my query and just trying to push me away.
The UPS confirmed that these items were not delivered to me and they were returned and I provided the name of the customer services employee alongwith his PIN no to the Armani Exchnage but they are not resolving my issue.
I requested the SAR (Subject Access Request) under the article 15 of the GDPR and they still didn’t provided all the audio recordings and the emails conversation.
I would advise that the ARMANI EXCHANGE customer services team is really unprofessional and the crooks and proper thieves as they don’t understand a word of English and will waste your time. They will never resolve your issue even they falsely assured me. I called them more than 15 times during these 4 months and each time the telephonic conversation is almost a hour. There are 19 emails conversations in between me and Armani Exchange but they still couldn’t resolve my issue and robbed my money. I am going to report it to the ICO and will take them for the legal action.
I am a registered disabled person and cannot go to their store and I saw a 30% sale and place the online order. But they robbed my money and didn’t delivered the items this is unacceptable from a big brand like Armani Exchange with a fake Escalation Team and their dramas.

Reso assurdo.
A parte il fatto che il reso è a pagamento e non è ben specificato sul sito, se non dopo i soliti bla, bla, bla delle condizioni, che nessuno va a guardare prima di fare un acquisto, il reso viene fatto con UPS, il peggior corriere che esista, per la modica spesa di 13,66 €. Mi hanno creato anche un'etichetta non funzionante.

I returned the product and they received it on feb 14 but after continuous follow ups still there is no refund and it has been 3 months. They lied that refund was issues for 2 months and when I asked proof no proof was there. I have never seen such a careless company. Refrain from buying anything from them.

Giorni fa ho provato a fare un acquisto di una tuta e un paio di scarpe Armani 240€ il totale.. il sito è andato completamente in tilt al momento del pagamento.. ho pagato normale con PayPal ma quando mi ha riportato sulla pagina dell’ Armani l’ordine non è andato a buon fine nonostante mi abbiano addebitato i soldi.. ho contattato il servizio clienti che dal primo giorno si è dimostrato completamente ineficiente sono passati 5 giorni e finora non mi hanno ancora annullata la transazione.. PayPal mi ha comunicato che il commerciate ha 30gg per prelevare l’importo o annullare.. assurdo !!!

Ho fornito quello che mi è stato richiesto, ma non la prova d'acquisto che, a distanza di un anno, non sono riuscita a reperire. A questo punto hanno liquidato la mia richiesta. Buonasera ho comprato una tuta EA7 Natural Ventus 7, e Vi informo che non ho mai comprato un prodotto così scadente, Vj preciso che non è il primo articolo EA7 che acquisto ma questa tuta è stata una delusione.
Già dalla prima volta che l’ho indossata mi lasciato solo peli, ho provato a chiedere al venditore e mi ha detto che è normale e bisogna la prima volta lavarla così così non rilascia più peli. Ma dopo due lavaggi è vero che non ha lasciato più tanti peli internamente ma si è riempita di pelucchi esternamente tanto da sembrare una tuta vecchissima e pure non è che l’ho pagata poco, ho speso € 150,00.
Sono rimasto molto deluso e non consiglieró a nessuno di comprare una tuta simile.

Armani has been an absolute horrible experience. They have messed up my address 3 times and then stated there is nothing they can do. They proceeded to state a refund will be processed without my authorization and not eligible for the black Friday prices I purchased. I was about to pick up my package at a nearby ups store that was re-routed but the same day I received yet another message stating the sender has requested the package to be returned. Worst experience with an online order ever. The armani customer care and yoox third party are absolutely terrible.

To date still not receive any shipping email for me to track e item, while their customer service says they r processing e order and this is called EXPRESS SHIPPING. Never buy frm AX ever, can get other similar brands at lower shipping cost and faster delivery, not even sure if i will recieve e item.
