Very pricey and not worth it. I purchased a velvet dress with raw silk trousers. The embroidery color is not matching with outfit. The trouser’s color is also different, trouser is see through as well.
Very disappointing.
Just the designs are good but very expensive.
Not recommended at all.

I have ordered an outfit very close to eid dates, although it was sold out but upon my persistent request Team immediately arranged the outfit and managed to deliver within a day so I can receive before Eid.

And the outfit was amazing, very luxurious. Purely Value for Money.

Ordered myself a dress from Armas. I had not heard of this brand before and was a little skeptical while ordering. I was surprised to see how amazing the dress was. I received it in time and the stitching, the embroidery the quality every single thing was up to par with other high end expensive brands!
Will definitely be ordering more from them. You’re definitely not wasting your money when buying from them! 10/10 on pricing, quality, stitching & delivery time

Have been ordering from them for the last two years and honestly I love their service and fabric quality. Also love how reasonable and pocket friendly their dresses are.

I ordered 4 dresses and received my parcel today, but the quality is VERY POOR and not worth the price at all. Extremely disappointing.

When I asked for a refund, they said they only offer exchanges and asked me to order something else. But if all 4 items I received are such poor quality, how can I trust ordering again and paying delivery fees repeatedly? It feels like being stuck in a loop.

I requested a refund, but they refused. I would not recommend buying from them.

I was promised that my shipment will get to me before Eid. And there was some issues along the way with the delivery service, but Armas had such good customer service. LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER - Avoid at all cost!! I placed my order before Ramadan and they told me it was going to be delivered in 3-4 days. This obviously didn’t happen and then they shared a tracking link with me after 3 weeks - the tracking showed that the parcel was delivered weeks ago. After I checked with them, they confirmed a whole week later that they had given me the wrong tracking link!!!! This is insane - they don’t answer any calls and don’t take ANY ACCOUNTABILITY! I ordered from 3 diff PK designers and all of them arrived on time .. it’s Eid in 2 days and Armas is yet to respond to me. Worst customer service - no one has a clue about anything! Appalling!!

Amazing service ! Especially during these critical time . I ordered from Zara shahjahan & it took them over a month to sent me the parcel so while waiting I ordered couple outfits from Armas & I’m so impressed with the outfits I received within a week and they are beautiful for the price . Very fancy n elegant . Definitely coming back to get more .

The staff communicates quickly and effectively! They were able to dispatch and get my dress delivered to me before Eid which I appreciate so much! The dresses are also good quality for what you pay!

It’s my first time ordering from this company I explained to them that I needed it shipped urgently because I would be flying out soon, instead of letting me know that it wouldn’t be possible they got me to pay extra and still did not dispatch the clothing.

Don’t waste money on these idiots. If you’re thinking about buying online, just ignore this brand. They never deliver on time and will keep lying to you about the delivery date. Very poor service.
