Very easy to pick out just what you need for their diffuser. The diffuser itself is just amazing. Uses so little essential oil for outstanding room coverage. I was able to order a 2nd bass that runs 12H no matter how low the setting. My old base didn't come with that option. However, they did offer a new motor which was all I needed to fix the old so now I have 2! So great to be able to order exactly what you need. I use them in every room daily & have so many pieces & parts of other cheaper water diffusers, it ridiculous. This 1 is well worth the price!!! 💖💖💖

I chose the local pickup option because it seemed like a waste of money to ship something from the next town over. Then my life got super busy. They shipped my order to me right away, and I received it long before I would have had time to get in to the store. I never even communicated that I needed this service—they just knew. Thanks!

Works great plus I liked the pretty form factor with glass and wood. I liked the ability to control the output with a knob. Prompt shipping.

So I’ve had this nebulizer for about 10 years, it finally quit atomizing the essential oils… I searched YouTube for troubleshooting information and learned a many things.. I ended up finding the company online and they are on Colorado and had a phone number listed, so I called… To my surprise a real live person answered…. Jonathan the life saver was more than happy to discuss the issues and finials came to the conclusion the motor should be replaced as the diaphragm was most likely perforated and not performing well…. The part was on the website and under 10 bucks and has an easy to follow instruction video, so I ordered it… when I got home I wanted to take apart the old motor to verify the issue and it was completely proven faulty as 2 of the 3 rubber diaphragms were split… so happy I’m able to fix a treasure than toss it … Thanks Jonathan

Nebulizer works great. Easy to follow directions. Definitely stronger scents from oils and some oils, such as mandarin had a very different scent when used in nebulizer than when previously diffused in water diffuser. Glad I bought it!

This works so well! My entire office (its a fairly large room, 10 people) and connecting hallway smelled amazing all day. I didn't even need to run it on high. No regrets here.

I really do love the Aromis Diffuser, the only issue is the wood base has a small dent and some of the wood on the top is scraped off..
Besides that I love the diffuser.

Quality of product is most excellent. Great craftsmanship! Adds decor to my living space. Diffuses oil without wasting. I like how it cycles/pauses on and off, 10 minutes.
