First of all the product itself couldn't be any better. It looks great, easy to use and performance is outstanding. Secondly, any time we've need to ask a question or get help in any way, the staff at Aromis is easy to reach and always helpful. I recently had to replace a part that I dropped on the floor and broke. I accidently ordered a whole new device, so I immediately ordered what I did need and called to leave a message on their phone that I needed to cancel the first order. It was on a Sunday and I knew that they would get the message on Monday. However, the owner picked up the phone while he was at the park with his children and very kindly said he would take care of it...and he did. Amazing folks.

I love my new defuser! I’ve been using it every night with lavender and have noticed a big improvement in my sleep. Highly recommended !

I absolutely love the nebulizer and the essential oils that I purchased. My only concern is that I have a cat and two dogs. So, I’m afraid to use them. I am researching the dangers and am wondering if the concern is blown out of proportion. I get conflicting information as to what is safe, but, the product is exceptional.

Quick shipping, quality product. I am enjoying my aromis diffuser. Puts out a nice strong fragrance. Looks pretty in my home, ordered more for other rooms. Have yet to clean but instructions are clear and simple. Great product!

Greatest aromatherapy equipment out there. I know, I have 2, as I liked them so much. I put one in the living room, then I called back and ordered one for my bedroom also. What I liked especially was the long term on/off timer feature, so I can have fragrance all day long and still conserve, yet not be overpowered by the scent.

Jonathan is fantastic! I’ve talked him several times with numerous questions and he has always been very courteous and gives detailed answers to my questions. The diffuser is WONDERFUL (I had requested the 8 hour diffuser timer) and keeps my home smelling very fragrant and wonderful in spite of the five cats I own.

I had purchased a diffuser from a competitor and had problems with it in the first week and it was not easy communicating with customer support as compared to Aromis. I highly recommend Aromis diffusers and their essential oils as well.

LOVE!! Love!! LOVE this AROMIS! I never knew doing oils this way was an option until I stumbled across this on the internet! No water! The aroma is quick and much better!!!! You control how strong you want it with how high or low you turn the knob. I will never use the water option again!!! This is SO MUCH EASIER AND BETTER!!! Super impressed!! I love it!!!

I officially tossed my old diffuser! This nebulizing diffuser is amazing. It's so strong I had to turn it off early, the first few times I used it. I'm thinking about getting a second one for my office space!

I have enjoyed my Diffuser since I bought it, about a year ago, i accidentally broken the top when I was cleaning it,i ordered another one and it is good as new. I would definitely recommend ArOmis its wonderful. Thank you

I love this diffuser!
I did have my first glass break at the base while I was removing it from the base. It didn’t seem like it should have broken so easily, but I got a new one and it’s working very well.

After doing research on which type of essential oil diffuser to purchase, I investigated several nebulizer products. ArOmis Aromatherapy nebulizers appealed to me because of the style and simplicity. I texted the company and received an immediate response from the owner. Despite being after closing, the owner sufficiently answered my questions. The website is easy to navigate and no problems with checkout occurred. When possible, my preference is to order from smaller companies.

My motor stopping working. Aromis was very helpful providing the exact motor I needed to order with accompanying replacement instructions.
