The poster/print was mounted in the frame crooked. A crooked half signature is painfully obvious and tacky in the corner of the picture I planned to place on my fireplace mantel. I called customer service, and they proceeded to explain that it was my fault for not examining the online example closer. Apparently the online example that I ordered showed the artists signature clipped. I will never order from art.com after this experience. I hope they spend that $250 wisely, its the last of mine, or anyone I know, will ever see.

Painting came quickly and in excellent condition and the print is beautiful!!

This company is awesome. My art arrived damaged. The company reimbursed the cost of the picture almost immediately. The associate on the phone was very pleasant and helpful.

Great quality image. The first order was damaged in shipping to no fault of the creators at Art.com and their customer support was prompt and professional in getting it replaced.

The print was smaller than advertised by about .75” on each side. So it was too small for the frame I purchased.

The framed print enhanced the overall look in our bedroom. It came securely packaged, in a timely manner, was of excellent quality, and was easy to hang.

Box damaged. Print had a slight crease in it but was ok to frame. Need a more stable tube.
