I love the varied selections available on Art.com and have been able to find several pieces over the last year to decorate our new home. The prices are competitive, and the packaging/shipping is superb. Everything always arrives on time and in perfect shape.

I've now purchased a number pieces of art from ART.COM - I have enjoyed every single picture and they are all displayed between our two homes.

It is absolutely beautiful! Never thought it would turn out much like the picture. No blurring. No distortion.

Disappointed that it took a month to receive the piece of art.

Print was great. Comments prompt extremely annoying. Therefore docked you 2 stars. Just ask for stars and make rest optional.

Due to manufacturing issues it arrived almost a month later. The mounting on the MDF came warped (ends). We are keeping it however this is the first time we have had an issue. We have have many other pictures without incident. I hope this was a one time issue.

Art.com is where we always go to purchase our art prints. The choices are limitless. Always receive prints in 4-5 days from ordering with absolutely no shipping damage. We've ordered framed art as well as prints only, always pleased. Thank you!

Art.com was understanding and helpful, reissued order. Received replacement with no problem. The 1st one was the issue, never delivered and I don't know what happened with it. Tracking info claimed it was out for delivery for 3 days ,but the delivery driver said it was never on his truck and he worked the whole week. Also he acknowledged that he knows me and verified it was never there. I really like the product. Thank you

Website was very user-friendly. Easy to navigate and to check out. artwork arrived in great packaging and looked just like the pics on the website.

I love the print, but the frame, matting, and plastic 'glare' enclosure were horrible. The frame was plastic and looked plastic. The matting was cut one inch away from the print margins, and the glare was so bad on plastic enclosure, you couldn't see the print at all. The print was also buckling. I took it to Michael's and had it reframed in a much nicer frame (wood) with a non-glare enclosure.

The Bad: Poor quality framing with very cheap material. The assembler left a spot of what appeared to be food nearly in the center of the print and the framing mat was crooked by over an eighth of an inch left to right.
The cost of the framed print was $138 USD. It had the look of something that should cost about 15 bucks.

The Good: I contacted customer service and was provided with very simple instructions on how to email a statement of dissatisfaction (with accompanying photos of the defects) for review to receive a refund. I received a resolution within 24 hours, receiving a full refund.

Your service was excellent with a lot of care in the packaging. I made a wrong choice in the coloring of the picture and it doesn’t work for me. I was undecided about returning or using in another space and did not get it wrapped and returned within 15 days.

The product selection is superb, almost to the point of sensory overload! The quality of the art I received was worth the cost of the item.
However, the cost of shipping is high.

The art work was exactly how I wanted it - quality work and truly a beautiful canvas. Looks wonderful in my office.

I am happy with the Monet print I received. I decided not to get it framed this time as I felt paying over $600 was too much.

Great piece of art at a fair price and with fast shipping. Highly recommend! We'll be back for more!

They give an interesting service

Through the app I was easily able to visualize various prints for my home and place the order.
Although they arrived separately, they were well packed and protected.
The quality of the prints is excellent and they came ready to frame.

Everything looks great. It would have been nice to have hangers on the corners of the frame as well as in the center, but we got it to work.
