I had an account selling art with this company on and off for about 5 years or so.
Sold a few prints over the years, but there are a few things that really annoyed me about this company. Firstly, I sold a print that I used photobox to print and deliver to the buyer. I have purchased hundreds of prints over the years from photobox and never once had a problem. However, sold one print to a buyer through this website, the customer said that there was a crease in the centre of the print. Did not forward any images of the crease and artgallery, although they had the payment from the buyer would not pay me, the artist.

Another thing that really got me wound up was after uploaded Ai art for more than 18 months, I was then told that they no longer allow Ai images on the site. So I asked them to cancel my account. I had a reply saying this had been done. So I was a little gutted when two weeks later they still took £50 from my bank for another years subscription to sell on the site. I think this should not be as the company takes a large commission from you when you do sell an image.

Looked again today.

Great art and huge choice, loved the picture which was purchased and I have only marked the experience down for a few admin issues. Tracking number for the parcel lacked a link to actually track it and not enough info about where the picture was being posted from; if I knew it was coming from Europe, I would have anticipated the slightly longer postage time.

Communication with the artist was very good and the painting was delivered very quickly. Couldn’t really ask for more. Many thanks!

Easy to use service - thank you. Quick communication from artist when a bit more info needed from me for delivery. Quick delivery was good, and well packaged. Only criticism is that the art work received - and I still like it - does not look quite as presented on the gallery website. But I recognise art is art - exact replication depends on medium and so variation can occur. Thank you though.

We were interested in a painting but had a query re' the final cost & T&C's. It was immediately addressed and the service was excellent. We now have a beautiful, original painting on our wall :-).

Ordered two paintings both lovely and arrived safely. Well packaged and delivery followed up. Good information between ordering and delivery. Very happy!

I have tried to contact both by email and the contact form on website and have received no response this is over a 2/3 week period

I’ve been an artist on this site for several years and have made many sales. The new site seems to be working well and I appreciate how we can bow send a message directly to the customer when we have dispatched their art. It’s straightforward to upload new artworks.

I uploaded my art on this site in early-January and incredibly made a sale within just hours! I was able to communicate easily with my customer on the site to confirm delivery and tracking information. An all-round great experience

I am really enjoying the new improved website with Artgallery.co.uk. Humph has been very helpful and proactive in helping to set it up and answer any concerns or questions we artists have. I was paid very promptly for the last piece of artwork and everything ran much more smoothly than in the previous couple of years and the website looks very professional too with lots of great pieces of artwork starting at £100

As an artist and also an art buyer I am so pleased to see the new version of Artgallery up and running so well, implemented after a lot of hard work by the new owners. There is now a much higher standard of art available, and a smoother, safer, more reliable process for buying and selling art. Because of the partnership with Stripe and their proven track record, there is little or no chance of fraud and payments are made quickly once all parties are satisfied. Things will only get better as more and more quality art is uploaded for sale from the world class talented artists onboard.

Getting my sculptures up online is much easier than before. Really simple to do, I’m not great on computers but this is actually easy! My sculptures got approved quickly and I sold 1 last week!
