It's a total scam, and don't even start believing their dropshipping fairy tales. In the end, you're the only one left looking like a fool, and you'll be taken for a ride from start to finish.

They make mistakes, you have proof that THEY made a mistake, but admitting it and bearing the financial consequences? No way!!!

It all sounds great, but it’s definitely not worth it!!! Luckily, I quit early enough and only suffered minimal financial loss.

It has now been over 6 months and our order still has not arrived. We keep receiving different updates and changing delivery dates, with containers and timelines constantly changing.

I have purchased bed-side tables from Artisan Furniture yesterday and truly appreciated their craftsmanship, timely delivery, and excellent customer care service.

I purchased a vanity table sold by Artisan Furniture on a marketplace and, from the very day of delivery, clear quality issues became apparent.

The mirror top closing mechanism did not function properly and showed a visible misalignment. Moreover, once assembled, the table was completely unstable, to the point of visibly wobbling. I promptly reported and documented these defects to the seller and followed the suggested steps to try to resolve them independently, without success.

The seller denied that these obvious construction issues were defects, describing them instead as natural characteristics of a handcrafted product, and refused to accept a return. Only a modest 5% discount on future purchases was offered. The handling of the complaint was decidedly unacceptable, without respect for the minimum consumer protections provided by law.

I have never had a similar experience with an online retailer and would not recommend purchasing from them under any circumstances.

Update: Following my original review, the marketplace intervened and requested that Artisan Furniture formally acknowledge the defect. Nearly two months after the purchase, this intervention led to a partial refund.

However, my overall rating remains unchanged. Artisan Furniture continued to deny the existence of any defect and agreed to the refund only after the marketplace’s involvement, and for an amount lower than the cost required to have the issue professionally repaired.

I have trusted Artisan for the best product by design & quality for a long time. Their dedication to excellence is outstanding. Artisan really care about us as customers & will always respond to requests. An outstanding company.
