Never received product cause it was shipped to wrong address, in fact nothing other than zip code was correct. When I called customer service, I was told sorry, your bank approved the transaction. Take it up with them. I have had to file a dispute with my bank. Absolutely DO NOT order from this company!

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a review with 1 star for this company. I was very disappointed about the quality of the garment I received. I am happy to say that since then, I have been corresponding with artist shot and have received a replacement order that I am happy with. The best part of the experience though, was the customer support I received. A big thank you to John. I really could not have asked for better service.

I ordered a license plate holder that allows for a customized color. Delivery was quick. The metal the holder is made out of is way too thin. It bends easily and isn't really a holder. It's a cover. I expected it to be the same gauge metal as the license plate. It's not even close. I love that I could customize the color, but the quality is well below what I expected for the price. Also, the color is lighter than I customized it on the website.

Do not buy products from this company.
They TWICE made a complete mess of trying to make a sweatshirt that I ordered. The ad showed the logo printed across the chest. On the sweatshirt that I received TWICE, they printed the logo across the belly.
I have just received their 3rd attempt to produce the sweatshirt that I ordered. This one had the logo printed across the chest. However the printing was so faded that it was barely readable, nothing like the logo in their ad.
I will have to send this rubbish back to get my money back.
This was supposed to be a simple online purchase. Instead, I have had 6 weeks of aggravation, wasted time and wasted money and I STILL don't have a sweatshirt.
Again, DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible quality shirts and terrible quality prints

I had ordered a pair of slides for my son and ordered the wrong size. My return could not have been handled better. I had emailed on a weekend and received an immediate response from John. I had informed him of the issue, let him know that I had already ordered another pair, He guided me on the return procedure and 2 minutes after emailing him the tracking information my return was processed and refunded immediately. John had to go over and above because the card I had originally used to purchase the slides had been compromised through my Amazon account but John was able to navigate this without any delay. Excellent customer service which is all I could ask for. I would absolutely purchase from this company again with confidence.

I recently ordered a ladies small sized T-shirt from your online page. I'm very disappointed in the item received. The T-shirt quality is substandard and the size is ridiculously smaller than expected. What we received looks like it was designed to fit a very small child, not a "small" woman.
It was paid for through PayPal and I'm requesting a full refund of the purchase price. If you require the merchandise be returned, please forward to me a prepaid shipping label and the item will be returned to you.

That should ensure proper fit. Please select the same or similar green color with the same xxxxxxx print.
Let's try that as a solution.

Excellent product, turned out better than expected. Customer service was very friendly an responded immediately when I had questions about order status. Good product good service, Hoghly Recommend.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Endless emails back and forth about my simple t-shirt order.
replacement t-shirt allegedly sent out but never received…. would not shop again from this vendor/ company.

Great efficient service. I had left some delivery address details off - however manager John was quick to respond & assist. Definitely recommend in future. Keep up the great work 👍

I placed an order just over a month ago and watched the postage tracking until my order seemed to stay at one place. I got confused and messaged management. John was very quick to respond and he discovered the order had been lost in transit.
He offered a full replacement free of charge and I requested express international postage, which he agreed to without hesitation.
My order was made and sent out within 2 days and tracking was given.
My order arrived earlier then the predicated date, safely and in perfect condition.
It was a Father’s Day gift and he loved it!
Will definitely order through ArtistShot again in the future and, to be safe, pay for express delivery 😁

Watch band was built upside down. I asked them to send another one. They said it was correct, just switch sides. Obviously that would not fix the problem. He was not very helpful. He then promised multiple times to send new one, but it never arrived. Horrible customer service. They obviously do not stand behind their work. Avoid this company.

First time user, bought some slides. I loved how they looked but I just needed a size adjustment. Customer service was very helpful, it came back pretty quick and I’m enjoying my slides 👍🏽

Finally an honest company who owns up to their promises. I ordered a t shirt. It arrived. And i wasnt pleased. However these guys were very prompt with fixing things and gave me a full refund. Their C.s.r "John C" was amazing with the process. It makes a customer feel that much more special when mistakes happen but they are fixed. Good job Artist Shot!

Be aware people, I didn’t received my order
When I call costumer service a very rude guy answer the phone and he said they will send my stuff the soonest posible, I asked if they will send a email or any kind of notification as I have been waiting 3 weeks already.He said yes yes !
Well I don’t received any email from them about my order only promotions.
They didn’t answer my calls no answer my emails nothing!
I think I get scam from this company who i paid almos $160 in uniforms:(

I ordered a 1942 iron-on patch on 7 July. It took over a month to get to me and when it finally arrived the graphics are pale and patchy, nothing like the vibrant colours on the web page. I won't be using the patch, or the company again. It cost US$21.49 to buy and ship, it was supposed to go on the back of a handmade quilt for a friend who turns 80 this year. I will not be putting something go awful on this gift. Not happy.

I am more than happy with my order! I ordered a patch on Sunday, it was shipped Monday morning, arrived on Thursday in perfect condition and was better than I could have imagined

I love my purchase of the RBG t-shirt! It is artistically well executed and of quality material.
Since I was out of town, upon delivery, the pkg was picked up by a neighbor, without my knowledge. I assumed there was a delay in delivery. When I contacted customer service, I immediately received a response with guidelines on next steps. Again, the delivery was timely, and the pkg eventually found its way back to me. Am most impressed by customer service support and commitment to make things right. Would definitely order from Artist Shot again!!

I ordered a T-shirt from this company. When I received it, the graphic was not centered properly. I contacted the company to let them know and resolve the issue.
I had sent a picture of the shirt, and apparently the quality of the picture wasn’t good enough. I should not have to jump through hoops to get the product that I had paid for.
So, right now I’m exchanging emails to get this resolved. It’s a stupid T-shirt. They should just print another one and send it out. I paid $26 (including shipping) for a T-shirt that could not have cost them more than five dollars to make.
Update: 8/16/2022
I Contacted the company per their request (see their response). Haven’t heard a single thing from them.
