First things first, DO NOT believe the postivr reveiws you will see on here.

Now, while the employees are nice and professional, their ability to perform as advertised is simply non existent. Almost $500 spent and all 3 of my credit scores have gone down around ~50 points. I was expecting at least a small increase...but obviously whatever they did hurt me more than it helped. Very dissatisfied and definitely won't use them again.

This service is good for anyone just getting started with credit building. The only area of improvement I would point out is the lack of communication when I had questions. More patience is needed when dealing with people because, obviously, they are new at this and need some guidance. But other than that, it's pretty good.
